So I finally went out and got a tub of Designer Whey. So it is now day 2 and I already feel like I'm going to get sick of mixing it with milk. I've tried soy milk which is okay but I'd rather have regular milk if it is higher in protein. Regular 2% seems higher from the internet info I've gathered although I've always thought otherwise.
I've heard of mixing chocolate whey power with OJ makes a good drink. Or Strawberry powder with OJ. How do you guys mix the stuff? The more recipes the better.
And when mixing it, I use a fork and I still end up with small clumps. Using a blender seems like a lot of trouble. I never realized how much work just drinking a stupid powder could become.
