Im running a 4 generation old windows PC with a XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro Screen drawing tablet and Photoshop.
While people say dont buy cheap tablets, for one the XP-Pen quality has changed to positive and changed my mind. Bang for your buck at 250$. Overall Photoshop CC 19 runs smooth with no pen lag.

I have a Xp-pen deco 3, and I loved it until the usb port got damaged. Which wouldnt be so bad but the things always had really bad wireless performance for some reason.
