This year we condensed the categories into specific votes to get a more accurate picture and just simply awarded gold, silver bronze, we also taged the most anticipated title on here as well. Given the way cross platform is becoming more the norm the platform awards don't really make sense to carry on unless we bundle PC/Xbox together in cirteria. I like seeing these results. Really glad Link's Awakening squeaked into the top 20, I have a strong love of for that game dating back to the old gameboy version.

I guess I can't really keep ignoring Death Stranding. It must be a love it or hate it game, and I'll have to find out which one I am at some point.

Correct #1, glad to see majority of people view RE2R with an open mind and not dismiss it as a contender for being a remake. Yeah I thought that was the case. I'm used to the sticky threads always being the same so I usually skip them and scroll right down. There's also usually and ad banner right under them which makes it easier to skip over lol

I've struggled to get into an RE game since 4 so that could be part of the reason why.

I'm excited for the remake of 3 though since that was my favourite as a kid.

I really wish Konami would remake the classic silent hill games but that won't ever happen

It's about what's the best game, the games origin or genre doesn't matter. The original REmake and RE2R are masterpieces. It's refreshing to see the huge effort Capcom put into re-imagining a classic rewarded like this.

I gave it a crack on gamepass - I was really looking forward to it and initially it’s very pretty but there’s just nothing there, just a poor shooting gallery trying to disguise itself as a fallout game.

Reeeeally happy to see Astral Chain in the top 10 as well, you worry it would slip under too many people's radar but not here.

It doesn't work for all of them, but If you grab the biggest words from each game's text bubble and try to arrange them into a description then in some cases you get a short review of the game
