So I never owned an OG Xbox

but after randomly picking one up at a garage sale for a couple bones I did some research and was astounded by the big black box's catalog of titles, most running superior on the system than its 5th gen counterparts. Short to say I began relentlessly hunting down titles at swapmeets and local gamestores and in the past two months amassed a humble library you see above. Really unappreciated system highly recommend ppl to try it as I have, almost all of its games are dirt cheap right now too!

Impulse bought this sealed for cheaper than it goes complete online. No regrets even though I'm usally wholeheartedly against keeping sealed games, (I'm of the opinion games should be played not sitting on shelf's as mantle pieces) but since I already owned a loose cart and was in the market to complete the cart, this was a no brainier for me

Thanks so much to the Gaffer who sold me his copy of Drakengard 2 for a more than reasonable price, really wanted to own/playthru Drakengard 1 and 2 again before 3 arrives stateside.

Two of my favorite animes of all time that are both wayyyyyyy out of print. Though it cost me a pretty penny on Ebay I needed to have Wolf's Rain complete and of course the "visual tour-de-force and mesmerizing climax to one of the greatest anime series of all time." The End of Evangelion. (Death and Rebirth was included)

Been a while since I posted.

Been feeling pretty average lately and not sleeping very well so I have made a few diet changes, in the process of cutting out caffeine intake during the week and I ordered a few bits in the image below to help. Plus it was about time I at the very least got back onto having a multi-v. Not pictured is Magnesium tablets for aiding in sleep.

Never played a MGS game before(well I have played a bit of MGS 1 on PSX but I was about 7) so this should be quite interesting.

And since I have just signed on for a house and likely won't have much spare money for a while I decided to upgrade my SLI GTX570 set up whilst I could.

Never played a MGS game before(well I have played a bit of MGS 1 on PSX but I was about 7) so this should be quite interesting.

Make sure to play MGS 1 all the way through before diving into the rest.

Today I joined VitaGAF. There was a "buy a Vita and get one out of five games and a 4GB memory card for free" offer going on so I had to bite. The 4GB mem. card will have to do for now, gonna keep an eye on memory card sales so I can upgrade.

Also ordered Persona 4 Golden from Play-Asia a couple of days ago, which I hope to get next week.

Moar March Pickups!

The SEGA Mega Drive II is not really a pickup as I got my sister's old console. It also came with some games, but I bought a few more last weekend.

The ones that I bought are Arrow Flash, DecapAttack, Golden Axe II, NBA Jam TE, Quackshot, Sonic 1, Streets of Rage II, Strider, Tiny Toons Adventure, Twin Hawk and Wonder Boy III.
Also got me a SCART cable for it.

Also 2 more MSX games for my collection.

And for Sony systems:
- Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster LE, The Guided Fate Paradox (PS3)
- Tearaway (PSVita)

and after seeing all the meppi PSP pickups recently, I realised I had some games on my PSP wish list still, and decided to get those. Metal Slug Anthology is on its way too.

For Nintendo systems:
- Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Darksiders 2 (Wii U)
- Pokémon White Version 2 (NDS)

Darksiders 2 was just €5...

Finally 2 PC releases:
- The Elder Scrolls Anthology: waited for this to play Skyrim.
- NBA Jam TE big box.

I actually just ordered Fate Extra myself about an hour or so ago.

And I also hope you end up loving Tearaway as much as I do. It takes a bit to win you over, but when you get to the second or third level I'm pretty sure you fall in love with the game.

I have so many great memories of playing Monster World back in the day. Picked that up when it came out knowing nothing about the game. Only that I loved the original Wonder Boy in the arcade. Such a fun, simple game.

Oh and surprise Saturday delivery!

That Suikoden II is genuine as far as the disc and manual are concerned but sadly the covers are bad photocopies... Hope that I'll one day come across someone selling the box+covers alone...

So recently I bought enough protector boxes from this place for my entire NES/SNES/N64/GB collections.

Got them friday, after a long working shift (including overtime), I decided to do it, one shot, I wanted to get rid of the task because I just knew it would never end if I'd choke to do it yesterday.

It was 1:30AM when I got really tired and stopped to do it, only 10 GB games left and a mess to clean up...

Finished when I woke up.

It took me a solid 5 hours total to do, at least, but I am damn satisfied to be done with it. These case a really worth it btw.
