it's the P1i in a proper packaged, numeric pad, direction pad(instead of the shitty and akward jog dial), touch screen....all P1i specs and more.
and yes theyre both touch screen running Symbian UIQ.
But the P1 is going for the QWERTY/Blackberry market and that's what it does. Jog dials are normally present in the market, the mem issue was ultimatly sorted out. No direction pad = why there is a touch screen!
iPhone on another hand.....I did like the phone, but I just dunno. I love SE

another problem is that the U.S get the Nokia and SE phones late due to the 850Mhz band.....all nokia/SE/samsung pones came out here in the middle east(and europe) months and months before the U.S release.
EDIT: iPhone/Touch have the best touch screen sensitivity ever on a touch screen device. i love the fact that they're stylus-less
