Nerd Party: USM vs. XML2

The End

Ok, I'm an X-men fan from way back, but I interned in the Spider-Man office at Marvel in high school, so my fanboy loyalties are severely divided. I'm a huge fan of the old Neversoft spidey titles (as well as Die by the Sword), but I got a fair amount of enjoyment out of XML too.

So...which one should I get? XML2 seems to be about 15 hours the first time through, how about USM?

I'm internet-less for another two weeks (hence the purchase of Burnout Revenge, and then one of these), so that's hardly a concern.

Want to talk about nerd fest? When I saw XML2 I thought you were talking about some new form of the extensible markup language and had posted in the wrong forum. That's when you know you've been at work too long...

The first thing I thought was "huh, what was wrong with XML and what more could you possibly need in a data storage language." Nerd party indeed.

edit: I vote for a title change. You're screwing with the minds of software engineers.

Well unless you trade in games in less than 2 weeks, its still relevant. Get whichever one you like, but Legends has online play.

Alright, because of the inclusion of
Deadpool and Iron Man
I'm probably going to get XML2. Two questions then: PS2 or Gamecube (PC is still packed up, I'm leaning towards PS2 for online play) and does having a XML1 save unlock anything (Magma? Cable? Sabertooth?).

Alright, leaving for bestbuy in a minute. Before I leave, does anyone know if an XML1 save does anything? (it's purely for intellectual curiosity. I don't even have the Xbox that I played XML on anymore).
