Black is coming to Xbox and PS2, so we can share the love.
Just like Burnout 3 / Revenge the PS2 is the lead system and the Xbox version will be nearly identical.
Some rumours that the UK release will be February.
For those of us only gaming on current consoles, Black sounds amazing. For PC owners this is old news, you've had Far Cry, Doom 3 and Half Life 2.

I know there were rumors of an actual Xbox 360 version...Has Criterion officially debunked those or are they still floating around?
This is really impressive looking. Knowing Criterion, the framerate should be rock solid as well (unlike "15-fps"zone).
Why does that mean anything? I've finished all those as well. I can't look forward to this? Hell, why would anyone ever use this excuse? "Oh, I've already finished these games...so therefore, I can no reason to play a newer game that I have not finished". Bad logic...

ETA on video? I'm sick of seeing the same bland screens, I want motion baby, fast 60fps motion. 
Looking fantastic, but as others have said, we've seen enough screenshots at this point. We first heard about Black two E3s ago; it's time to see it in motion.
I wonder if the final build will have blood effects. It would be strange to have all this focus on environmental damage, but none on the actual enemies.

Looks uh, really ugly. it reminds me fo that level in Goldeneye which takes place in a park with all those old statues. I'd say the texture detail is also comparable. :lol

I'm sure this will be a fantastic looking game.....but the textures do look awful. But that doesnt really mean shit to me. How will Black's GAMEPLAY set it apart from other FPS's. I used to love the genre but its in need of some serious innovation. I hope this wont be too repetitive.
Halo 2 is considered one of the best games in its genre, but I found the gameplay to be pretty dam repetitive at times. Enter room, clear it, enter room, clear it, enter room, clear it.....repeat.

in the video i saw behind closed doors it rans fine,but it was a lot of time,they have only implemented the damage engine on a room full with stuff,but its was excellent.i dont know if the game will be repetitive or not.im just talking on the pleasure of destruction this game will bring to us,
but alas i find cold winter a excellent shooter and the cricits panned it

Ok, I also like Cold Winter, if Black is similar to it I'll be happy as it's a very enjoyable FPS game. Surely EA are finally going to release a video of it at the Leipzig Games Convention?
