New Burnout PSP trailer

WOW!!! Its hot. What do you think? I think it will be the best racing game on a handheld in history.

who cares, this looks gorgeous...the PSP is at least up to par with first gen PS2 games, a fact that still amazes me

Exactly. Thank you my man. I think 2 years from now we will see games on the PSP that look exactly like PS2 games today. Looks great to me.

IGN posted an update that it also has Game Sharing and tradeable cars over wifi

IGN Burnout Legends Update

Game sharing will be in full effect for the final game. This basically means that a friend can upload a playable version of the game to another friend's PSP over Ad-hoc (PSP to PSP), and the two of them can play a multiplayer game from one PSP. Unfortunately when we tried to use it, we could get it to work properly with the early build. For what it's worth, the file transfer is pretty fast, so it'll be simple as pie to get a game started. In fact, one particular feature encourages multiplayer interaction.

There are 25 special cars that are unlockable for Legends. The catch is, individual UMDs only get 5 cars each, picked at random. The only way to get all 25 cars is to race other people that have different cars from you with the game over Ad-hoc. If you beat them, you get a copy of one of their cars.

What the hell? That's one of the worst ideas I've ever seen. At least make it like freaking Nintendogs even where it just takes time to unlock the other cars.

Ad-Hoc only means that I can only play with my friends who have the game...

Yet game-sharing means that if I get it, my friends probably won't get it because they can play some multiplayer along with me.

I don't get it one bit. This game had so much going for it. If it had online maybe it would explain some stuff.

*sigh* you are the worst of the Nintendo trolls. Yes, dumb idea making you have to collect cars, oh wait, POKEMON and Nintendogs make you collect too! And 8 player gamesharing for Bomberman DS was just awful too right? What about the mini games for Mario DS? In fact Game Sharing is just horrible all around, right? Really just STFU before you make yourself look dumber.

Lol just lol. On the burnout note, the more functionality they add, even of you do not use it, makes the game appeal to a wider audience. Trading stuff over wireless is fun.

And by the Way i liked Nintendogs better when i played it on PC and it was called DOGZ 1 -5

What the fuck is this?

You can get ALL of the dogs in Nintendogs without playing with somebody else who has the other version. You just have to save up money for them instead of trading.

In Pokemon, fucking 11 Pokemon out of what? 151?

Bomberman DS had single card multiplayer and EVERYTHING was included in it.

Does it even say if Burnout lets you get the cars some other way? Or do you HAVE to play with somebody else who has the game?

And yes, I do have a PSP. I've also got Van Wilder, Fifa Soccer, ATV Offroad Fury (both were from a Costco bundle), and Lumines.

I'm not even bothering with you, I don't need the aggravation today of arguing your idiotic UWE BOLL sized plothole points. Maybe if I close my eyes you will just go away.

What? I'm fucking serious. IS there a way for me to get more cars than 5?

I am quite dissapointed with this.

I don't have any friends with PSP's so the unlocking method is useless to me....

Guess downloading a save is the only way to go.

If Burnout Legends is online, it'll still take less time to download a save file which has all the cars unlocked. I don't see the big deal.

Game sounds fun and looks great. Watched the trailer. The game looks clean. PC graphics clean.

What type of farging ASSHAT moron buys Van Wilder.

Get outta here Nintenboy.

for burnout... I don't know if I would update my PSP.

GTmobile on the other hand, cya homebrew! (when the hell is that supposed to come out btw?)

Yeah that finding friends to get other cars thing sucks. I wish I can find some saved files somewhere in life so I can actually get my moneys worth. Bullshit ass EA. I bet you they put Criteion up to this just to increase sales.

Now if it had infrastucture then it wouldn't be that big of a deal. As a matter of fact it would be a great idea to get people used to going online with their PSPs.

Yeah the video looks great, but the music.....omg the music. I actually never had a problem with BO3's music, but I prey that this shit from the trailer isn't in the final version.....
