My impression as well. It seems like a bunch of interesting elements that they can wring some great encounter design out of. The bot destruction is almost an insta-buy already.

Well yeah but it's like Shenmue, it didn't make QTEs but it certainly popularised them.

Everything is point and shoot. Now it's point, look at a puzzle and then shoot critically.

Man was really rooting for Capcom with this one because visually it seemed like a cool concept and I will always back in new IP - but everything they've shown just seems boring and looks a bit budget. Might have a new contender for the worst NPC companion in gaming too.

time will tell. i haven't seen anything new in the formula, just smaller and bigger puzzles. They would need to keep iterating on it and change it up as the game goes.

You get new skills that effects the puzzles, even hacking multiple enemies at once.

Vanquish! I remember that game, but yeah I didn't see anything in here remotely looking close to that with the exception of a white space suit.

Never thought this game would see the light of day. Combat looks wierd af, I like it. Don't know how about that little girl, though. I hope she has some more emotional range than "overly joyful all the fucking time".

Mofos out here bitching because the combat is something different. If ya'll want Gears of War, that game already exists. This game is doing something a little slower paced and different. I like it!
