NEW Capcom Classics GBA screens...(Bionic Commando, etc.)

I have no issue with the 3 games in this set, since they're all great fun. I mean, anybody that missed out on Mighty Final Fight really did miss out. The endings are HILARIOUS too.

Of course, I think we can all agree that more games would've been preferred.... at least ONE more game.... you know, something truly classic like Ghosts N Goblins.

I just thank God they didn't include Trojan.

here is a better Capcom Collection for a newer age portable:

To get this topic back on track, I'm finding it difficult to get truly excited about this package. It's a nice gesture that they're even making this, but at the same time 3 games is rather skimpy for a package consisting of just NES games.
Yeah, with as many great Capcom NES games as there were, they could have found a few more ROMs to toss on... it's not as if much work is involved.

Still, the NES versions make nice complements to the arcade versions of these. For $20 I'll pick it up without complaint, provided save support isn't stupid.

you do realise that besides the GBA, no Nintendo platform has had a Street Fighter since the SNES

GB had Street Fighter II (released after most of the SNES Street Fighter games), and GBC had Street Fighter Alpha.

And to add to the other comments, don't forget Super Street Fighter II Turbo and Street Fighter Alpha 3 on the GBA.

What's with these guys whipping out an eye-dropper for classic game compilations?

Sega put no less than 28 Genesis games in the upcoming Genesis collection for PSP/PS2. Nintendo should have been drawn and quartered long ago for released single NES games on the GBA for $20.

THEN AGAIN I noticed Sega is doing Sonic 1 for GBA so nevermind. Waste of money any way you slice it.

Yeah yeah cart size vs umd size but still..shit just isn't right. Forget it I'm out of here I don't have a point.

Big size difference between Genesis games and NES games. And Sonic 1 is a specialized port job, anyway, not really an emulation. Requires more work, but there'll be more things to it, like the added Spindash, high score saving, and alternate new soundtrack. (Although I'm a little fuzzy on the soundtrack thing, the press release was really unclear.)

classics compilations are perfect for portables,
especially arcade classics,

yah yah, you all are RPG nuts, i forgot it's the internet

Does Capcom vs. SNK 2 qualify, by any chance? It does feature a heavy supply of SF characters fighting as they do in SF.
