I'm no queen of photoshop but here's what I could conjur up:

Darkened the background so the image quality difference between the body and the head isn't as obvious and since you didn't state what dimensions it had to be for the website you're using it on I've given you two versions.

This larger scale one.

And a GAF sized one incase the website you use wants a smaller image.

If you need anything tweaked, let me know!
