Yeah, it is still funny... but somehow predictable... I realized what was going happen at the beginning of the movie. But the part after that happened is still funny.

Here's hoping the dvd set isn't just higher quality versions of these 5/6, but rather HQ versions + 5-10 brand new ones.

I assume its the same as the US conversation. So Snake is basically making fun of how much of a showoff Ocelot was in his first meeting and commenting on how the design of that gun really gives him no advantage of his enemy.

and i think at the end snake says "you can't kill me with that," or something to that effect, and then ocelot goes and kills him with that. and then he calls eva a shitty bitch. or something. it's no #4!

Yah he says Ocelot doesn't have what it takes to kill him. When Ocelot fires in the game though there's nothing in the chamber. He then gets his ass kicked by Eva and Snake continues making fun of him by telling him those guns only carry 6 rounds instead of 8 like his other gun.

All of this actually reminds me of how great of a character Ocelot..Even though he's basically there for Snake to make fun of in MGS3. :lol He evolved alot from then to MGS2.

Ocelot was awesome, I got happy whenever I saw him in a cinema scene.

His poignant end with Snake was fantastic.

Well, I'm a Chinese speaker, but i know a little bit Japanese and I can read all those Chinese charactors.

#5 was entitled "根本的な誤解". I think it means something like "(an) utter mistake(s)" in English and it is related to the funny parts:

Yes, Snake was making fun of Ocelot and his guy, in the end he said something like: "...and you made AN UTTER MISTAKE, you cannot kill me with that thing..." BANG!!!
And it dose not end here. After the gun shot, Ocelot was saying in that cocky voice: "An ocelot never lets its prey escape..." then he realised that Eva's already escaped...so that's one mistake from Snake and one from Ocelot.

I can't believe these are still being released! Last time I paid a visit to the actual website, there was only enough space for 1-4 (and prior to the release of those four, there were blanks). I expected the fourth to be the final. I was thrilled when I found out that they are creating even more "secret" content.

Heh, you don't have to be able to read japanese to understand what's being said in these videos...

You just have to replace "japanese" with "english" in the url, and add _e before the file extention.

If it's like MGS2, then no. BTW, these secret movies are not included in the Japanese MGS3, in case you were under the impression.

Dude, I told you, if it's like MGS2 (and it most likely is), then no, there is no English language text switch.

Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes NGC JPN had this switch.....fully english mode.
I'd like to have a confirmation from who own this japanese version.

I finally tried out my JPN copy of MGS3 a couple days ago.

The text and voices are both in Japanese. There is no switch or option to change either to English. And let me tell you, for those studying the language...the extensive military lingo and lengthy expositions are full of advanced kanji and obscure vocabulary. Do not try this version unless you are fluent or already know the story very well.

Thanks!! I notice this is movie7, what happened to movie6? And I tried getting the english version of this (replacing the japanese word with english in the url) but no luck. Heh.
