looks alot better than before. We can all assume the gameplay will be great... but now we know for sure the visuals will be just as good.

and considering MS said screenshots just dont do this game justice... it could look alot better than these scans let on.

I dont know where you get 2 years from...

MGS4 will not launch with the PS3, nor will it be 2006. Konami will not fuck over it's sales like that. MGS is historically a November release, tenatively speaking November 2007. 2 years.

Wow, this game actually looks good now. I love the screenshot where she's holding the grenade. The jungle screenshot also looks really good, very lush like Kameo environments. Graphics actually look good, I'm shocked. Maybe the crappy graphics in PDZ are just for multiplayer.

Yup. Both look awesome. But I really hate that every post about any game on either system has some comment about how it toasts the other. GoW vs. MG4, PD0 vs. anything, etc. Right now lots of stuff look awesome and it's just plain an exciting time to be a gamer.
