Ive listened through Amnesia and In Rainbows, but neither clicked
It's weird, just in May the BBC reported they were in the studio working on the follow-up. Maybe they misinterpreted their interview with Colin Greenwood somehow or maybe they've decided since then that an album wasn't right.gdt5016 said:Ugly Face recently talked about how they're not gonna be doing full-length albums for a long time. That sucks. I could've sworn they said they were releasing something a year after In Rainbows.

Its a great progression, but in some ways i think Radiohead is an aquired taste. The first album i got of there's (OK computer) I played and didn't immediately love it. But the more time i spent on it, and the other albums the more i loved it. Now they're one of my all time favorite bands

You're gonna need to try the other records (except maybe Hail to the Thief and definitely not Pablo Honey)sn00zer said:Ive listened through Amnesia and In Rainbows, but neither clicked
Doesn't have the "PROBABLY MY FAVORITE SONG EVER" vibe to it either.Spike6663 said:That's what I felt too oddly. Doesn't quite have the outro of I Might Be Wrong though.

Not too bad, but again, all of their songs sound so melo and you need to be in the right mood to listen to their music and appreciate it.nny said:

batbeg said:I know loads of people who despise Radioheadthough of course, these people are all coincidentally Muse fans who feel some sort of stupid inclination to fuel the "rivalry".
Start with The Bends, then OK Computer, and just keep working your way up, man. Best way to do it.

To be fair, Radiohead is not for everyone, and I can see some people just not "getting" it at all. Different strokes for different folks.
