The thing is that I'm not even sure if Rex Ryan should be fired based in the Jets performance this year. I think it's clear that they will win 6 games at best.
But you should fire him for meddling in moves that will ultimately rebuild that franchise. I'm sure Rex doesn't want to admit that that very small window closed a few years ago but its time to blow it up. That window was likely exaggerated by Nate Kaeding putting on the worst display of kicking in the playoffs for one game.
It was disgraceful really. The whole episode.

If he isnt and he really was duped he just should have came clean right away. He wasnt winning the Heisman anyway and people would feel really bad for him now, rather then him being a huge laughingstock like he is now.

You probably will end up cutting him and signing Travis Beckum. Then he will get hurt in Week 4.
Fells is actually a really good blocker. And Hooman isn't bad for a fourth tight end. Not sure what you're expecting there.
