The way the Jets and Niners play two QB's is only going to work if you are in the lead and in control. I don't know how you can expect Alex Smith to come in with zero rhythm and get 15 yards.

It's just bad coaching is what it is. Pick the guy/style of offense you think gives you the best chance to win and go with it. At the minimum give tebow/kapernick a full series, this in and out shit doesn't work.
