I agree to an extent, but Spiller played too fast when he came into the league. Remember reading that coaches were telling him to cut later, was cutting too early when he had the skills to juke anyone on a dime. Doesn't have the best vision either, needs to be more patient, but yeah, Gailey got a Ferrari and kept it in the garage until Fred went down.

McCoy worked with Brian Westbrook coming into the league. Westbrook was such a great pass blocker. These guys who come into the league very raw can really benefit from that kind of transition.
