Need to make room in that Elite group for one more...

fitz isn't that bad

A list of passes broken up doesn't prove anything by itself though. He's below Janoris Jenkins who is not a good cornerback.
He's allowed 1 touchdown in 11 games. Has a QB rating against him of 64.4 and completion percentage of 53.2%. That's going against the opposite teams best receiver more often than not. Add in the 14 pass break-ups and you have a pretty clear picture of Jenkins play this season for the Giants.

Sometimes players leave the Rams and play better. It happens. I know they can't all benefit from that amazing Jeff Fisher coaching but it does happen!

Giants run game so bad, Shane Vereen who's been on IR since week 3, still second leading rusher on the team...Odell is carrying the offense..

That throwing stick stunt of yours has boomeranged on us.

Did he literally say woodhead or is the press just filling in the blank. First thing someone posted here simply said he referred to "Danny".

2011 Giants offense was 32nd in the league. It ran for 3.5 YPC and averaged 89.2 YPG. 4 runs of 20+ yards.

2011 Post-Season: 4.2 YPC and 116.5 YPG

2016 Regular Season: 3.4 YPC and 79.5 YPG (31st in the league). 5 runs of 20+ yards.

2016 Post-Season (if we make it there): ????

Ryan in the elite tier? Brock needs to be in the definitely blind tier and fitzmagic in the trash tier.

Sometimes average players play above their level for a while but in the end they revert back to the mean. He's got a tendency to take one risk too many that will always bite you in the arse in the end.

Brock ain't blind he just can't hit the broad side of a barn.

Edit: never mind he is blind, stupid and inaccurate but he does have impeccable hair

@PhinsiderRadio
He didn't mean Amendola either. He was asked specifically about running backs.

In somewhat of his defense, he was asked about Patriots three-headed monster at RB. He said Danny. Only RB named Danny for them was Woodhead

@EJFootball He also said Brandon, who only plays on special teams and hasn't had an offensive snap in weeks

.

That risk tendency hasn't been there in 2016 which is why his play has elevated. I agree there needs to be sustainability throughout the years of his contract to prove its not the exception to the rule but its sour grapes to say the man isn't playing at a high level thus far this season and is somehow a bad corner. It's simply not true. Also, your statement was related to pass break-ups being a poor indicator of play in a vacuum and supplied you context to work with in that regard.

I didn't say he's a bad corner. I said he's not a good one and that Yankee shouldn't be clinging to pass breakups as proof that Howie made a mistake.

Maybe under Fisher they allowed him to freelance but under Spags none of that shit...he's playing the way Spags ask him to play and it's made him better than he was with the Rams..
