Nice final run Blount, great game Brady (minus dumb int) and nice win Pats.

Oh and you're welcome bionic.
Welcome?

I was rooting for an asteroid or a literal shitstorm.

Once again 2016 keeps disappointing me. Hopefully the new Star Wars movie is the turning point towards a better future.

Yeah but after an asteroid you wanted a Ravens loss. And don't worry, Star Wars will be good, playoff football will be good, Switch will be good, lots of good things coming up.

Honestly, this game doesn't mean too much for our division. We beat you guys and win out, we're in. A win would have been nice, but it didn't impact playoffs too much.

I'm still blown away that Jones waived off the punt then ran towards it.. Dumb fuck

What really blows me away is that the so called GOAT head coach continues to trot his bum ass out there at all. Ffs he was out there on the kickoff after as a blocker. Send his ass to the locker room after that shit. Reminds me of last year with that garbage ass Chris Harper out there in the snow. Bizarre risk to take with garbage players. Jones obviously is much worse given the track record.

Fake edit- Tom clearly lost his voice.

I will never root for the Pats.

You cannot embrace evil for any purpose. Otherwise you become evil yourself. Tebow taught me that. Or maybe I made it up but in any event it is true.

Got my seats for Star Wars and assuming Amazon carries it I will be preordering Switch on Amazon for launch. If that doesn't work I will pay some kid a few bucks to stand in line for me. Have to agree with you that good things are coming. But that doesn't include a Pats win. Not now. Not ever.

I think switch is about to change the console market as we know it. But I'm not nearly as convinced star wars will be great. Well see.

Bionic has this framed in his office.

Switch will barely do better than WiiU and Star Wars looked sketchy since the first trailer.

I find your lack of faith disturbing.

Tbh I think the trailers look really great. But Godzilla was pretty lousy, and the talk of massive reshoots is troubling. Not often a movie does will with massive reshoots.

Switch is going to light the world on fire I really believe that. There was that article about how Sony should be nervous and I think they should be. Sony tried capturing a similar market with the remote play but ultimately it's a flawed experience. The fact that they can focus entirely on the switch rather than splitting their games lineup is huge.

Their real hurdle however will be 3rd part support. The fact that the system storage and cart storage is so small will likely be a bottleneck.

Ha I'm kind of the opposite. I think Switch could/will be a really good system, but I don't expect mega sales. And I think RO will be both a really good movie and of course be a mega-blockbuster at the box office.

It's boom or bust imo, but well see.

49ers place just-extended TE McDonald on IR

Three days after signing tight end Vance McDonald to a five-year contract extension, the 49ers placed him on injured reserve today because of a shoulder injury.

McDonald was hurt in the second quarter of a 23-17 overtime loss to the Jets on Sunday. He was not targeted with a pass and finishes his fourth NFL season currently ranked 28th among NFL tight ends in catches (24) and 19th in receiving yards (391).

McDonald’s 16.2 yards-per-catch average does rank second among tight ends with at least 20 catches. ESPN reported his extension is worth $35 million with $16 million in guarantees, although the fine-print actual figures could reveal the deal isn’t quite so lucrative.

Thanks Baalke. :p

Cowboys are head and shoulders above anyone else in the NFC. We've seen this song and dance by the Lions the last 5 years.

Great regular season team but come playoff time you're not going far with that lethargic offense.

The Cowboys and Packers are still the favorites in the NFC because of their QBs. I'd like to see Winston make some noise in the playoffs.
True, true

Why? Everyone hates him. I love him lol. Total goof but his enthusiasm is ridiculous. He also knows pretty much every player ever and everything about them. Total nut.

He is a doof but a watchable doof, Phil Simms on the other hand is unwatchable and just plain stupid.

I love Gruden trying to pronounce words like elusiveness, he always adds a couple more syllables to it

I think injuries may be the thing I hate most about the NFL.

In no other sport do you see so many major players inactive due to injuries and it really takes away from the enjoyment of watching games when you know a team is never fielding a 100% strength side and is barely scraping by on their fourth-string players.

I wish we could turn the sliders down a bit.

When you have a bunch of 250+ pound dudes all roided up there will be a ton of injuries. I am shocked someone hasn't died yet

?

You're a game behind. Playoffs go through Pittsburgh - we win 2 of the last 3 games Rats have to run the table to get in.

We play Pittsburgh, therefore if we win out, you'll go at best 2-1 and Ravens will have tiebreaker.

Pittsburgh is must win, but would have been even if we won tonight.

Unless I'm wrong.

Ratbirds are undefeated in the division with two games to go, Steelers have one loss, to the Ratbirds. Both teams tie and the better conference record wins - Baltimore. You didn't have to beat Pitt before, but you do now.

I have no idea why they haven't imposed weight limits yet.

teams would get around it anyways. they'd "report" someone being under the weight. the NFL has no interest in players health until it affects the $$$ (and no, the chump change they proposed to pay for the concussion lawsuit aint shit to them)
