Russel is way better than Eli though. It's just that we don't know if Eli is now completely awful or just really bad because of how bad the line is.

Same thing with Detroit as well, Stafford is a great QB on a team that constantly lets him down because the line can't hold up to make good throws or get any run game going.

I feel like it's ultimately they know what Kess is. They want to believe osweiler can be something.

I think when season starts Kess will be the backup
