It wasn't me, I just wanted an excuse to post this gif :(

"AWW, Son of a bitch."

"WHAT?!"

"I cannot believe him."

Why did no one tell me that the TV show Coach with Craig T Nelson is coming back?

Loved that show

I forgot about that. I loved that show too. I grew up watching it every morning on USA before going to school. Wished it would have ended with Hayden winning the Super Bowl as the series finale.

Also Peter Griffin will be happy about that.

Was he even a good coach on the show?

He coached the expansion Orlando Breakers to a wildcard game vs the Bills but lost.

He won 2 national championships I believe and he made it to the playoffs in his two(?) years coaching the Orlando Breakers

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coach_(TV_series)#Setting

Dauber succeeded Hayden as the head coach of the Breakers, winning back-to-back Super Bowl championships and going on to join the Monday Night Football announcing team after his retirement from football. The final scene shows a 10-year-old Tim having two friends who bear a striking resemblance to child versions of Dauber and Luther.

Dauber?

Because a remake will proabaly just make everyone sad like a Fresh Prince remake. Let's just pretend like there not things :)

Not a remake. He comes out of retirement to help his adopted son, who is now grown, coach an Ivy League team
after refusing to coach the Bucs under any circumstances

Hell yeah, I'll never forget the ep where Jerry Van Dyke;s character called in a winning play or whatever from his hospital bed as he noticed the other team had a particular tell while watching it on TV.

Hmmm...how was he with young but gifted QBs with a knack for getting in trouble with the law?

Asking for a friend.

He dealt with a gay star players for one episode (one of the better episodes) um his best player was Bo Whitley who transferred from one school for some reason (I forget what for. None of the players stole crab legs to my knowledge if that's what you are wondering.

And yet Stafford still cant eclipse TJ yates as the better QB. Weird

Congratulations on another preseason championship.

Mech, Gobias please let's keep the Browns/Texans/Lions mutual friendship at its current state of peace.

We all have bigger fish to fry the Lions just happen to be the Chef out of our 3 teams so I'd hope for your support of this young, talented and exciting Lions team Martin Mayhew has put together. Unless we're playing each other of course.

We can focus our energies on the Packers, Steelers and Colts instead of each other.

Yeah and Luther almost died 5 times. That was the national championship game against Texas and in the previous episode Dauber lost the playbook and the longhorns got ahold of it through a local sports show and Hayden and Dauber had to be up all night coming up with a new playbook.

Ninja if you see this... I hope I redeemed myself with not knowing Rock and Jock. I know a lot about Coach. That and Charmed and Pensacola because those also were shows that were on before school started

Matthew Stafford on his preseason performance

Detroit Lions website isn't allowing me to direct link it but if you're an NFL fan I'd watch it to see what the future entails.

Second question: "Matthew you've completed 76% of your passes, been balling the fuck out, what's you takeaway from the preseason?

Stafford: "It's been good, but there's still stuff I can work on."

Always striving to be the best Quarterback in the NFL. Never stops working on improving his craft. That's what all the great ones do.
