I found out this was playing at a theater near me so I went tonight and was really surprised how awesome the 3D was.

I'm REALLY hyped for Beowulf 3D in the same theater.

Anyone else check it out?

Just got back from it. Fun time, but I thought the 3d was a little lacking.

I saw it when they released it a year ago and it was the same ol' nightmare that I love to death. The 3d was a lot like when I saw monster house, it just looked like a play.

Which would be even better. NMBFC musical? yes please!

I didn't feel that way at all.. it's just that there weren't annoying things jumping out of the screen just for the sake of it like the typical 3D gimmicks. Like Fidelis said, it seemed very much like a play.
