The guy who's blog gave us the heads up on the conference tomorrow where the DSlite will be shown off in full as well as 2006 line up has updated his blog with shipment numbers.
He states this is not the official announcement, that will be done tomorrow.

The number of NINTENDO DSLite shipment
One million.
It is a thing with the full number of the shipment in March. It is 500,000 at the level for two weeks from March 2 for the time being.

I hear that the target is fully one million in March afterwards. However, the difficult point is one. As rumored beforehand Lining up in the major discount house shop basically is major. Only half of share the level seems usually to be shipped to a general retail store.

And, 100,000 is shipped, that it conflicts with this and this week and next week's main bodies of old DS are equal to being hardly. Might be reluctant. Can purchase is a thing for the time being as for Lite that lines up in the shop on March 2.

I'm worried our usual importers won't even get enough stock to satisfy pre-orders such is the demand for this machine outside of Japan too. Plus a lot of importers we use are based in HK so wonder how high on the list they are....or if they have to use espionage tactics to get models

Yeah cool, I remeber I was furiously updating the news at that time, the news just kept pouring in, hopefully it another event like that.

At least I can be awake for this one, last time it was on at 2:30 in the morning now its on the at Wed 1:30 PM.

haha you have it all wrong though. This is Nintendo, which means they will announce dates tomorrow such as SMB for summer 06, but then at E3 they will give us the real dates and everything will be pushed back 6 months and just leave the Summer bare.

We all know what happened at the last one of these conferences, and we got ew games coming out of our ears.
