Jensen having a moment on that stage LMAO
You can watch the recap here:
he had so many moments lol, his cat freak out made me lol
Wait, so the 5090 wasnt announced, what a waste of time.
So its boring by design, why was this hyped.GTC is always an enterprise and technology focused event.

And be reasonably priced (which it won't be)They need to bring something very big to the table to make me even consider a series 5000.
They can dynamically switch between precisions without hindering the end result was the point, I thinkWhat's with Jensen comparing unlike things. FP16 to FP8 to FP6? Wtf?
Yes they can but, only a subset of AI instructions use FP4 and it's mainly related to inference. You can use mixed precision for training but, afaik you can't use straight fp4 for training. As a result, presenting the graph in a way that compares fp4 precision to fp8 & fp16 precision is intentionally misleading. They can dynamically switch between precisions without hindering the end result was the point, I think
A fundamentally different architecture is needed methinks. Current ai, no matter how you scale it up is just a glorified autocorrect.AI ain't gonna do shit. Need 30+ years for it to do what he's claiming. Just trying to sit at the top of the AI meme train.

So we are building the matrix.
