What time is it?

Why

Taco Bell is popular so why be surprised that we choose to shorten our lifespans at the bottom of the barrel hamburger joint. No offense to Jack In the Box. You are trash too even forgetting your horse meat transgressions.

Jack at least makes ok burgers and fries.
Because the best burger chains have no/poor international representation.
He is American. Each city has at least 10 different burger places. I'm just saying BK has fallen hard in the last 10 years.

That’s ridiculous man, I see you’ve been struggling quite a bit. Sorry to hear. You really are light, 6’2 and 155? Dude I did 8 months of fasting regularly and zero carb and exercise twice a day seven days a week and I only got to 159. I literally could not drop below that, and I’m 5’11. You should look into cheaper and healthier food if you’re on a super tight budget, which I know you are from your various comments.

Free refills is one of the reasons why America is the fattest country on the planet. You can't just settle for half a litre of softdrink?

I eat at home mostly. I eat a lot of cereal.

My appetite hasn't been the best among other reasons why I don't eat much.

Isn't it only in 'mureeka that you ever got free refills anyway?

They used to have free refills in Subway in the UK for a time but they vanished. I don't think McDonalds or BK ever had them.

Remember going to America as a child (family holiday) and being surprised that you could get a big bag of cookies with your meal for less than a dollar extra. Literally inviting heart disease.

Yeah no refills but You pay the same. If covid is the issue, give me a can for the road

I was thinking the same thing. Only Pizza Hut give free refills over here, as far as I know. This whole thread seems to scream entitlement.

🤷 At least im honest. Pieces of shit deserve water too.

In my senior year in HS i weighed 91 pounds. At 27 i don't weigh much more and only now im starting to have a little belly. Soda is starting to have its toll on me. Lol

You are male and in HS you weighed 91 pounds? And now at 27 you don't weigh much more?
For a man that is like severe starvation body type.
Are you like 4 feet 5 tall or something? :)

Let's switch places, 6'2 at 250lbs here. I'll get you up to 250, then we can swap back. Just let me know how it felt to be good looking.

Can you drink the tap water in Las Vegas?

Bro it's a cup of water, I paid for a meal, go fill the fucking thing up, most places will refill pop for free. Covid as an excuse to not reflll my glass of water? Suck my dick.
Sorry sir, one glass of water per customer. Per your request, we can however blow you, but it needs to be a glory hole!

BK do free refills. They have that 'all-in-one' pop dispenser at all of the BK's near me (that i've been to) 2/3rds coke and 1/3rd Dr Pepper. Thank me later!

Why not just use an app to have your fast food and grocery delivered? It's an additional charge(I pay the monthly fees so the per charge fees are waived) but it saves alot of trouble and inconvenience.

It screams entitlement to you to assume you can have your cup of water refilled at a restaurant?

What an American thing to complain about

I'm Canadian and I wouldn't go back to any establishment that refused to refill a cup of water.

its just corn syrup and caramel coloring you can really do without it.

Water has corn syrup in it? Do any of you people even read the OP or do you just rush in to serve us your hot contrarian takes.

Lol, I'm getting a kick out of "Nush" only liking posts that rip on good ol' Americans. Don't be jelly of our fast foods, baby.

As for soda, I drink it about once a month, but that shit is dangerous. Nothing makes you thirstier, and once you've had a sip, the craving awakens . I'll finish my soda and be reaching around for it for the next hour, constantly remembering it's empty. Gotta keep that stuff out of my home.

Bought two tubs of ice cream the other day, but sue me, I weigh 160.

Pretty sure this thread was about soft drinks

A couple of weeks ago or more, I went to eat at Burger King.

No refills if you're eating in, even for water.

I lack good transportation and sometimes when I go grocery shopping, I like to grab a couple cheap burgers or whatever before I shop, if I have the spare the money.

Of course the excuse for no refills is Covid.

Where I live, it is normal to have temps of 110-115 degrees Fahrenheit.

I'm drenched in sweat whenever I get home since my only transportation is my dad's electric scooter.

I really hope this insanity ends. Anyways, I won't eat out anymore, especially fast food.

And no, I'm not a fat slob. I'm 6' 2" and weigh around 155 pounds. I've already gone without eating (excepr a few chips) for a day and a half so I'm sort of used to it. I like good fast food especially El Pollo Loco.

Btw it's not only Burger King. Jack in the Box and everyone else has same policy.

You forgot to clap dummy.

I'm not understanding how so many people seem to be ok with a restaurant which has always provided free water refills using covid as an excuse to not give you a second cup of water, and giving the OP shit for bringing it up.

Almost anywhere in the US you get free refills on water and soft drinks. It costs the establishment almost nothing. It’s the most marked up thing on the menu. I’m glad restaurants are taking the pandemic seriously, but for fuck’s sake, just give OP another cup or something if it’s a problem.
