I reset my ps3 and now they are showing up for whatever reason.

Try downloading another PS1 game.

Very strange. At first my ps+ copy of sotn wasn't showing up but after I downloaded my purchased copy of FFVI they both showed up and are copying over now. Ps+ games work it seems.

Maybe it has to refresh...something? This is all so bizarre.

The situation is pretty much simple.
Psone games needs to certified again to be published as Vita titles on the VIta store, that's why only a bunch of games are officially downloadable through the PSVita right now.
BUT the internal emulator has 100+ titles compatibility list and if you have purchased those titles through a PS3 you can trasfer them over the Vita and play them.

Unfortunately Sony created confusion on the matter because they probably don't want to explain the certification thing.

I didn't restart. I downloaded Final Fantasy VII and for some reason that didn't appear also. But then I tried again and Chronicles and FFVII appeared. But my Crash Bandicoot still didn't show up. So I really didn't do anything special

I had the opposite I had to install them to get them to transfer. nothing showed in content manager, I have the bubbles for FFVII, FFIX, Alundra, Castlevania and Kain. After I installed them to the PS3 all show as transferable. Holy molly does the transfer take forever.

I couldnt get anything to appear, downloaded an old psp demo, that didnt appear but then my 3 ps1 games did (ff7, suiko, vagrant).

Not true. The bubble stays even after you install a game for PSX games and PS minis.

I still can't get anything to show up, I guess I will go to sleep and hope that it works tomorrow.
