Yeah, this is the same one on the Robpongi site. He has some other interesting NK videos; one where women are marching and singing a national song about how they will help the army so that they can crush all that oppose them or something.
The other more traditional videos at Pongi's site are interesting... obviously fabricated up the ass, but it reminds me of those old 70's Korean variety shows.
No. NK made it, and they did show it in the South, but South Korea would never make anything this blatantly antagonistic towards the U.S, despite the fact that many do feel strongly against the U.S.'s actions as of late.
