I don't know if you guys usually buy games from Nuuvem, but they are a very good brazilian online retailer.

I saw today that they have the Street Fighter V steam version pre-order for only R$80, that's roughly $21.

How reliable is this site?

I (in Germany) have had no issues with the site in the past, bought a bunch of Lego games for 2€ each. However, they changed some things and now you can't buy the majority of their games outside of Brazil. Even with VPN activated. Which is a shame.

I never had any problem with them. And i know that at GTA V launch some gaffers bought their license from them too.

Maybe they are some shady resellers too, but i never saw any problem related to them.

Don't take that as proof of anything. Retail and steam store SUBS are different and so have different limitations.

Looking at the page though, it seems like it'll have full english support for voice, text, and UI so if you want to VPN to activate it (I believe you can still do that) then I guess that's a risk you can take !
