I think Nintendo would've made a multi-year contract with SK Hynix.

Edit: Oh you mean Nvidia not delivering the SoC. I mean, they've also probably made a multi-year contract. And I think Nvidia are actually quite glad to sell their SoC stuff to Nintendo. No one else seems to be interested.
