NXGamer: More PS5 news coming soon. Next gen patches related

I have 2 PS5 on preorder and one of them paid for. I also have 2 xbox preorders.

and I cant wait for PS5 specially as i still have a second doubt about buying an Xbox ( since i already have a very powerful PC with PCIE 4 full lanes ( motherboard alone was 400$ ). But there is no way in hell the PS5 version will run native 4k 60 frames for this game. Maybe if it was medium settings ?

but a 2080ti cant run the game at 4k 60 frames, you want the PS5 to do that ? yuh no
 
I'm waiting for a little "birdie" to say when more PS5 preorders will be available. Unless Sony wants to be sly and release more when Xbox Series goes live, but that would be irritating.

That is something I am interested in. I am not sure if that is related to the Last of Us day, but I doubt it. Would be great to hear from ND regarding their PS4 games if there is some sort of upgrade patch planned for those games.

Having good and free update patches would be a good way of Sony to start on some positive momentum

The collective IQ of some of these Xbox guys is equal to that of a wallnut based on the quality of threads and discussion born from this MS purchase of Zenimax.

They are seriously like cockroaches. The shit I read on the front page all day was pure embarrassing.

How does a xbox with such a low fanbase count have so many warriors in so many different places? I left here yesterday and went to reddit and they started popping up.

I want to ask them what they are getting out of the deal. Are they astroturfing and getting a free xbox? Ninja got $50 mil and these guys are working harder getting nothing.

This is my expectations for unpatched titles. If it's a dynamic resolution the final resolution should land at the maximum res. As for the framerate it should be solid. Like how GOW has they variable 60FPs well on the PS5 it should be locked at that.

Any improvements beyond that would have to be patched in.

I honestly don't know mate.

It's fine to be excited for the deal. Hell i was sitting here yesterday thinking about an Xbox but then my mind quickly jumped to the fact i have already over 100 games invested in my PS4 so i'll stick with PS5 for now.

But why constantly troll threads where people actually want to discuss the topic at hand? There are specific threads for trolling. This is why i asked before. Where do the mods draw the line if every thread is going to have nothing but constant trolling going on.

xbox have been eating shit sandwiches for years and Sony fans were not gentle.
Sony fans entered every fucking Xbox threads to make fun of them.

I am not disputing the fact Sony fans are guilty as well. What I am asking is where does one draw the line when it comes to trolling when there are dedicated threads for that kind of thing because all I see nowadays is trolling even in threads meant to actually discuss things.

I see some members with tags on their names like 'report me for trolling'. Now tell me when and where does this need to then happen because trolling is evident in every thread you open.

Hey, I detailed the Series S a few months before announcement and I even, announced it months and months ago by mistake on Twitter and then deleted it. I do what I can ;-)

I mean as lame as some patches to old games sound in the face of all the recent news, whats the big deal?

MS backwards compat just automatically enhances their games. Sony is going to trumpet that they made some next gen patches as if thats something major to be proud of?

I hope they do. I really hope they do.
 
If true, it'd be too little too late for me.
Since no one has true next gen launch games, I've already come to terms with just playing Cyberpunk and my backlog on SeX.
 
A source tells me that Sony will release more information about the ps5 before it releases probably on a Thursday but this is tbf so it may be a different day.

it's not really equal.
i remember reading a lot were banned from posting in the next-gen thread, especially those who were not pro-PlayStation.

i consider All général gaming forums to be pro-PlayStation.
In a sense, it's logical when you see the gap in sales between Xbox and playstation.

here it has always been a bloodbath.

It's been a hard 10 years for them, so they are clearly more aggressive when they get a morsel of good news, with a take that, we've got something too.....I know they are excited, but they really don't want to discuss what the purchase means and how it will impact XBOX now, is it going to change how XBOX is seen, how XBOX will do in the market or for the launch. When will we see the first set of XBOX exclusives coming from the studios. Yes we know Zenimax is owned by MS now, enjoy gloat, but let's be realistic about the discussion and how it will impact the real bottomline.....I may be mis-understanding the general age range of certain gaf members here, but there is lots of discussion to be had than retorts like. "You are just salty", "concern trolling I see", when well thought out posts are written to discuss what the acquisition means and how impactful it will be now or in the future...
