I always love NYCC in the 4 years I've been going. But something about the 2014 con got me out of the mood a little. I don't know, maybe I need to experience it again.
There's more gaming stuff downstairs too. There's a demo for FF15 hiding down there in E1.

Attended my first comic-con yesterday, talk about nerd-gasm overload.
Sounds like it's just The Kitchen again instead of RE7. That's what they did at PAX.
It's the kitchen if you line up but they're handing out really limited tickets every morning for something called Lantern. Not sure if that was at PAX too.
Yeah I was there around 1130-12 and tickets were gone for vr Lantern demo. Only 162 tickets a day the sign said.

I'll be honest if someone didn't tell me this was supposed to be The Joker I would think its Skullface from MGSV. Anyways yeah this is Tetsuya Nomura's take on the Joker and its not that surprising considering his Batman and Catwoman designs. I have no clue why he looks to have additional mech arms except Nomura got him confused with Dr. Octopus. There is also a figurine of Mr. Freeze that looks more like the Arkham Knight.

Didn't get the memo regarding the 14th Amendment
I managed to get two signatures from Millie Bobbie Brown, one from David Harbour, and a photo op with them both. I would say today was a success. Now Sunday will be mostly getting signatures of less famous people and other merchandise. I also an exclusive NECA TMNT item.

Actually ventured onto the floor for about an hour today. The offsite panels idea seems to be working as far as congestion.
Agents of Shield panel was even open until at least after 11:30 when I got in.
Much better day than I had yesterday. Not managing to get to sleep Wednesday night, getting up at 4:30 for a 6AM train and then 12 hours worth of walking around the show was a mistake.

Made it to the convention center.

Going to check out the Show Floor and Artist Alley before seeing the panels I want.
Was waiting to reserve a spot for the Justice League Dark first look, but decided against it.
Really on the fence spending $100 for Stan Lee's autograph.

Have fun son. I'm thankful that the break room is right next to the Main Stage in case I want to go. Saw Fallengorn again on the show floor.

Left early feeling pretty under the weather. At least we got some cool stuff. My boyfriend bought me a Fire Emblem Nendoroid and I got two prints of the Batfamily! :3
Wish I could have taken more pictures but I can always do the same costume next year. Saw quite a few fellow Scarlet Witches and they were all very nice!

Going really late cause my dumb friends, still will have a lot of fun. Sad I'll miss some panels though.
I'm def gonna get that Coney shack again.
Going super late today due to errands but I'm just gonna buy some shirts/cap, buy something for Stan Lee to auto and look for some office/man cave art. Probably not gonna go tomorrow but it's been fun.
Next year gonna finally make an effort to dress up and go to some panels (what I saw every year)

Went to this one hulu panel because the Cartoon Network one was coming up after.
Ended up missing it because I left without thinking that most of them weren't going to clear out. Seriously regretted it!
Checking the One Punch Man panel now, but moving to the Cartoon Hangover one immediately after.

Best part of the con this year was being in the Great Wall panel and singing Matt Damon happy birthday.
Overall I had a much better time this year than last year. The off-site panel locations helped out A LOT. Much less congestion, even today which is usually a mad house.
I'll get some pics of my swag and what not once I get home.

My brother had an "issue" with not being scanned out at the MSG. He just had to walk over to the ticket booth inside the javits to basically reset his badge and that was that. I'll take minor hiccups with the scanning of cards versus not being able to walk around AT ALL on the show floor. I was actually able to walk around in the entrance hall on a saturday, haven't been able to do that for the past 3 years. I'd say it was well worth it. The offsite locations also made it a hell of a lot easier to get into panels. Last year I think I made it 2, while this year I made it to 5-6.

Same for me with Nendoroids. I got a Isabelle (Shizue) figure from Nintendo NY a few hours ago, as well as a Wind Winder Link one at the con itself..
There was also a Mega Man one (blue here compared to the Blade version), but I spent enough as it is. Plus I once more struck out with Mako once again.
I also bough an official NYCC t-shirt, an Nintendo NY t-shirt, and a few posters.
The con itself was exhausting and a little frustrating for me since I missed two sought after panels due to the rooms not clearing out. Two others I went to were alright, but that was it.
The rest of my time was spent exploring the Show Floor and Artist Alley, running into three familiar artists overall.
I'm wrapping things up tomorrow before I have to get back to the airport that night.
