Please bear with me on this one....

There was a movie that had some black dude who had painted his eyes to
look like they open when in fact they were shut. He had a recording
of typing b/c he was supposed to be writing. It's a woman who eventually wakes him. He is tending a counter of a hotel, I think.

Does anyone have any idea as to what movie I am thinking of? It's been driving me crazy for the past few days.

Its a very recent movie. Like in the last 2 years. I want to say 50 First dates or The Mexican but I think both of those are wrong.

yeah? Well whats the one where there are two transexuals, or maybe they are just gay? And they are living in a ghetto/shanty town. And one of them wants to prove their undying love for the other, so he cuts his wang off with a pair of scissors. It was pretty graphic, but clearly a rubber wang.
