It's not like they mentioned Rudy or anything. But Black vs Richie was the best FCW live match I've seen, it probably was about 15-20 minutes. The overall show wasn't as good as last month's, but that match alone was worth it for me. Plus I got to see Bryon Saxton wrestle ^__^. Huge fan of his, :lol .

-Eric Bischoff is on thin ice politically in TNA. He's sticking around as an on-screen character for sure, but his power has shrunk. And even Dixie is beginning to see through him. One issue was that when the 1.4 rating first came in, someone told Dixie flat out what the pattern would be (ratings going down throughout the show) and they turned out to be spot on. Bischoff found out about this and was greatly annoyed. He's got a lot of personal heat too, which even Russo and Hogan don't have (just professional in Russo's case). Also, what we're seeing now is what Bischoff intended for WCW 2001 when he bought it, before Kellner scuppered his plans.

-They told talent the $15,000 figure for the Jersey Shore girl wasn't real, but not many bought it, especially since it's well known her and the rest of the cast's asking price for appearances is $15,000.

Only bad thing is if Bischoff leaves then Hervey will go with him and we probably won't get those cool backstage interviews anymore. Any more TNA news from the new observer?

I've been saying for a while that I like the way TNA does their backstage promos, but if it takes losing those to get TNA to be BETTER, I'll gladly lose them. I don't understand how a company with a roster like theirs is putting out such crap.

I just thought that some of the FCW regulars in the crowd would mention it or see why he was released. But they gotta make room for more protein shakes and syringe dumpsters.

I was watching some WSX and man it was a pretty stupid and fun promotion, just watch this: Team Dragon Gate vs. Filth & Fury in a Exploding Time-Bomb Cage Match.

The wrestling wasn't that bad, Teddy Hart doing hes usual shit, spot after spot, shame it was canceled.

WSX was actually really, really entertaining. They had great wrestling and some pretty humorous storylines. It was also the first time I realized how awesome Matt Sydal/Evan Borne was.

Well they were still doing stupid shit before Bischoff and Hogan came in. Now they are just focusing less on wrestling than before and still doing stupid shit. Noone there has a clue what they are doing, or if they do they are scared to speak up.

Where is HBK? List fail.
If HHH is on there, so should HBK.

I actually think McMahon is a little too low. I don't think any current wrestler is better than Vinnie Mac on the mic, save maybe the Miz.

Also why the eff is Sheamus on that list at all? I mean, he's ok. But I can think of many better who were left off the list.
Miz's mic work gets a little exaggerated. CM Punk is far more consistent with his work.

Sheamus being on there is a joke - not sure why he's even considered, much less listed.

I don't talk to that many people when I go to the shows so IDK if others even knew he was gone or not. The guy I normally go with didn't know about it, and was surprised. However we both agreed it wasn't like he would ever be something big in WWE. Just was a shame because he fit in great for getting the crowd pumped and loud early in the show. However, they don't ever have the whole rosters on every show (hell, half to time you see people walking around / working security and not wrestling like I saw Percy Watson and Titus O'Neal doing tonight) so people who didn't know, prob just would imagine he wasn't on the show tonight. I still can't believe how over he was in Orlando tho :lol , him, Wes Brisco, and Richie Steamboat always got the loudest reactions the last few shows.

Also, I saw Ricky Steamboat there walking around all night too, so it looks like he is in good health again. I could have got a picture with him, but I didn't wanna bother him after the show. Ricky, Norman Smiley, and Haku watched the whole show from near ringside.

Really looking forward to this one, i'm a sucker for a tournament and it's a pretty good line-up this year - also, Survival of the Fittest often paves the way for a younger star to make a break out performance; Tyler Black, Chris Hero & Bryan Danielson all went on to capture ROH gold after winning the tournament in previous years, so I'm hoping either King, Titus or Edwards will pick up the win and go on to bigger things in ROH.

I really enjoyed WSX - it was dumb, over the top and totally unrealistic, but never failed to be enjoyable.

I like how he says he's healthy mentally right at the beginning, then proceeds to act like a complete nut for 5:00. But not even like a real nut like Savage or Warrior, just like some 12 year old mark dildo that just figured out how to upload videos.

I think this is actually gonna be his new gimmick in ROH and TNA...

The 4 months AJ was champ from BFG last year to the Jan 4th show when Hogan showed was some of the best booking/wrestling TNA has ever had.

Agreed. A terrific period that gets overlooked for reasons I don't know.

did he really just pretend to be on the phone with most likely the "WWE" after the WWE did not even care about him......

I don't even know what to say about this grape loving guy anymore. :lol

Wasn't really watching then. I had stopped watching wrestling and just started back this year. Who was booking at that time? Russo and Ferrara?

He pretended to be on the phone with WWE, ROH, and TNA:lol Also it looks like he has a gut in this video, where as in those pics he posted few weeks ago he was ripped. He probably put up old pics of himself:lol

Above is why people ignore it in my opinion. Just easier to say Russo has never booked well than appreciate some of the things he did during that time.

Yup. I was shocked @ what the match was, and how good it was. Bryon Saxton vs Abraham Washington! I heard recently that Bryon started wrestling on FCW TV, but I didn't know Abe did too. They had a really good match with Bryon dominating most of the time (Abe did really good babyface selling) and eventually the match turned into a huge brawl on the outside for a double countout.

where are you watching Impact early?

Pre air episode. I'm about half way through. The show is pretty damn good tonight.
Katie Lea Burchill debuts as Winter, it looks like she is going to be a stalker of Angeline Love that noone else ever sees except her

Russo does a lot of stupid shit but those couple months were almost perfectly booked. We had AJ/Joe/Daniels for the title, Angle vs Wolfe, some solid women's wrestling, and he even ended the stupid Main Event Mafia bullshit.

MATTHEW is back with another video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2P2nlUDDSls

Looks like he doesn't have a 90 day non compete...:lol

He's so full of shit. Everyone has the same deal. They can either sit out 90 days and collect three months pay from WWE or show up in TNA the next day and forgo the three months pay.

If he shows up at the next PPV it's not because he didn't have a 90-day no-compete clause, it's because he chose to give up his downside money he had coming from WWE.

Just finished Impact. Damn good show.
Makes me want to see what happens next. They killed Joe:lol They are building Immortal up really well as unstoppable. It does make me wanna see who will finally stop them. At the end of the show Flair and Bischoff are leaving in a limo and Kurt Angle is waiting for them as the limo is leaving with this deranged look on his face:lol I thought he was gonna kidnap them, but he just breaks the glass of the limo. Also Pope had an awesome promo from a strip club.
The change seems to be more apparent now as they are merging more Reaction type stuff into Impact. I noticed it alot more this episode.

Watched this weeks episode of ROH on HDnet with the big Davey Richards vs Tyler Black match - ROH did a real good job with this, the whole episode (except for the 20 minute preamble) was devoted to their match, which went a little under a half hour. Both guys put on a hell of a show, but I'd have to rank it a shade under their matches at Tag Wars 2010 and Death Before Dishonor VIII - mainly because the finish from Tag Wars was almost identical to the finish of this match, but also because the crowd is never quite as rabid at the TV tapings in Philly (which is ironic, given that Philly was one of their hottest markets before they switched to just doing just TV tapings in Philly). Davey's tope suicida near the beginning was absolutely sick, surprised he didn't injure himself.

Unfortunately HDnet have stopped people uploading the show to Youtube - completely out of ROH's hands, as per their agreement HDnet owns the footage for a year, leaving those without access to HDnet two options; download the show from the net, or wait a year for it to appear on a Best of ROH on HDnet volume :/ If anyone's interested in watching, I can provide you with a link (fileserve of hotfile) - just send me a PM.
