The story line is going to turn to crap now. There is nowhere for it to go. Cena's going to cut his standard bland "No excuses, what matters is I lost and I'm a man of my word" promo, join Nexus, do Wades bidding for 3 weeks till Bragging Rights. Then he's suddenly break his word and start taking Nexus out from the inside because there is no way that stipulation can be enforced. What happens if he breaks his word? Nothing that's what.

Dude, I don't know about you, but I'm totally hyped for Pee-wee guest hosting. Going to be easily one of the best guest host appearances they've ever had.*

Plus Pee-wee/Goldust practically writes itself. Which is good, because nobody else there can write.

*Unless they completely fuck it up. Which they happen to do A LOT.

The one thing that's weird about the Cena/Nexus angle is the lack of authority controlling it. I mean, is *anyone* controlling it besides Nexus? Because, if you think about it, what is keeping Cena from just quitting Nexus? :lol

It'd make more sense if the Raw GM is forcing Cena to obey any Nexus order or get fired, thus allowing Cena to do really nasty things against his will (similar to the HBK/JBL angle a few years back). Wait, maybe I'm just over thinking this. The fact that I'm asking the question means I am. :lol :lol

Yeah, what happened to the Purple Merch? Cena was back in the John Deer Green last night:lol

I just asked the same question. Cena will keep his word for a few weeks then break it just because. That's the only way out of this.

Would be awesome if Cena breaking his word led to a Heel turn. He Destroys Nexus from the inside out, then turns on the babyfaces as well. Will not happen though.

I assume they will play it up to Cena's honor.
I mean he has always been played as a straight and honest person.
So couldn't go against his word.

Logically booking would be that Cena starts to disobey orders or costs Nexus matches/titles, and they are finally forced to confront him.

NJPW have uploaded a bunch of recent tag matches as part of the Nakamura/Goto feud to their youtube channel;

Hirooki Goto, Giant Bernard & Karl Anderson vs Shinsuke Nakamura, Yujiro Takahasi & Tetsuya Naito - (NJPW 09/10/10)

Giant Bernard is Prince Albert from WWE in case anyone didn't know, and Karl 'Machine Gun' Anderson should be well known to anyone who follows PWG.

Hirooki Goto, Prince Devitt & Ryusuke Taguchi vs Shinsuke Nakamura, JADO & GEDO - (NJPW 09/23/10)

Wait for tonight when hopefully Nexus will burn a pile of Cena merch.
I rather see Cena accept Nexus thus leading to little children burning their Cena merch, Lebron James style.

edit: thanks Bootaaay

If I he starts coming out to 'Basic Thuganomics' again, I will start to watch WWE weekly again.

Also, I do wonder if WWE has a pack of plants they travel with to put on TV?

This plant just proves my theory that WWE will hire amateur actors for when Smackdown goes live to give artificial pops and heat (instead of piped in crowd noise).

The Cena hater dude at the past two Wrestlemanias (the one that Cena posed with) was also obviously a plant. Maybe he's related to "shocked when Cena fails" lady.

Probably not so much a pack of plants as family of wrestlers/ production people etc.

There was this one guy that always sat front row for the Shows in Toronto that stuck out like a sore thumb(he had a huge Carlito Fro), then one Raw Cryme time sold the Hammock from Carlito's Cabana to the crowd and he was the winning bidder. Then I started noticing him sitting ringside on TV and PPV's often.

If the first Nexus beatdown was on a PPV I would have said it could have just been someone who travels to multiple PPV's a year as there are several people who do that. I've been to 3 in the past year and I've bumped into people who went to the same ones I did.

I dont think thats the case with him. Don't see any reason why they would do it and its totally possible that a fan could go to both wrestlemanias and have prominent seats.

that dude was at the last 3 Wrestlemanias. He just wasn't shown much during 24 but he was front row with 2 other guys. He's only there during the Cena match.

edit: maybe it's sign guy's main squeeze with the OMG NOOOOOOOOOOO

Word going around this morning with WWE officials is that they had to do something to mix up their live event experience. Earlier this year officials instituted a program similar to TNA's "cast members" A source backstage WWE did not want to make this official until several members of the IWC spotted crying faces that had been seen in the crowd in recent weeks. Look for this program to become more available in the future to compete against Monday Night Football.

So wonder how they will introduce Cena into Nexus, do they start the show with a Nexus promo or do they have a beatdown that Cena is forced to take part of?

Nexus debuted in Miami, this PPV was in Dallas... that is a long trip for a throwaway PPV

You must not know the guy I'm talking about. This dude was everywhere for years. PPVs, regular tv, and I'm sure house shows.

This guy was balding right and he wore pink at one of the wrestlemanias. He was also at Elimination Chamber 09 in Seattle.

Anyone remember the old couple who used to wear really bright clothes? He always used to have a cam hanging from his neck. I haven't seen them in a while.

Superfan Vladimir. He made his return to the crowd at One Night Stand 2005. That was awesome in and of itself. He hasn't been seen since.

PLANT

FOUND A PLANT!!!!!

She was in the first ever nexus beatdown

edit - here, she's doing the same expression too. also doing the whole hand to mouth bit

Haha, I knew she looked familiar! Great catch! :lol

One thing I noticed sitting ringside at Night of Champions is that the cameramen totally blow the finish of the matches. They're all wearing the headsets and when they get to the finish the cameraman stands on the ring steps with the camera pointed at the crowd so they can get their crowd shots for the finish.

I saw most of the finishes coming, but when there were false finishes it totally ruined it.

Not only that, but they apparently have seat fillers as well that sit on the side the main/hard camera faces.
