Yeah this is true. However, it was probably for the best because creative most likely wouldn't have came up with anything for him to get brought up and then he would have just been released. At least he kept a paycheck for a good amount of time.

MVP was pushed to the moon and did nothing with it. He had an awesome US Title run but could never get beyond that. Ryder is nothing more than a joke character. He had potential in ECW, but hasn't managed to show anything since.
 
Gabriel isn't half bad at all. Him and Barett are the only ring-savvy members of Nexus at the moment?

Edit: Did Ryder have his gimmick before Jersey Shore became relevant? Although he is not from NJ, I feel that show had a lot to do with the goofy persona he has right now. Well, that and the creative...

Gabriel always has awesome matches when they actually give him matches. He looks strong even when he loses. Guy has a ton of potential.

I'm old school, I really don't think the World Champ should lose that often.

Having Gabriel wins serves no purpose. The bigger story is Orton/Wade or more importantly, OTunga putting Gabriel in the match then getting himself tossed out
