That was such a forced opening.

And I hate this match why are Rey/Alberto okay being in the same ring? Edge/Swagger? Sheamus/Morrison? Miz/Morrison? Why is no one laughing at Santino being on their team?

The problem with Cole now (besides his lackluster commentary, I mean. lolz lolz) is that his character keeps switching back and forth between the babyface "voice of the WWE" and whiny-heel ripping-on-the-show-content announcer. It just doesn't work.

I thought his "voice of the WWE" was him heeling it up, but I do agree he is like 75% heel, but still isn't completely there. They need to have him push it if he is going all heel, don't tween your announcers.

Why is no one laughing at some homeless guy calling himself "Tyler Reks" being on television?

well ted and Rhodes basically main evented Raw for over a year straight, you just gotta be a wet dream of a Hall of famer, but I'm not sure that most of these guys are the fathers.

Yeah, Miz sounded so excited to announce Morrison and Santino. I figured he'd say something smartass, but nope. The whole concept is bland.

I've always said they need to quit pigeonholing guys into either heel or face roles. Striker does the best job on commentary because he cheers for both heels and faces, and has a reason to do so. Cole's problem is in his delivery. He can mark out for Miz all he wants, which is fine. But it's way too over the top, and then he completely switches back to normal Cole after he's gone off the air.
 
Should I be watching this? I kind of want to but I also don't want to stop playing Just Cause 2.
 
At least the crowd is more into it - give them Bret!

As for the announcers, Striker is the definition of a tweener. He calls it out it is, similar to how JBL use to be. Cole is just forcing the issue with Smackdown's team and also with Miz. It's downright annoying anymore with the Miz and Riley, however.

Oh wait, no Dashing entrance? The fuck WWE.
