Maybe Bandai-Namco haven't noticed, but their logos are actually quite complimentary without changing a thing. Y'know, for sake of nostalgia, and for brand recognition, why not just do this:

Along with SEGA's, the Namco logo is to me just about the holiest, most powerful and most recognizable of logos in gaming. It commands an enormous amount of respect around the world.

I foresee problems of near-apocalyptic proportions if they really do decide to change it.

Bandai can do whatever to theirs. It won't matter.
