MartianLeaks (a very trusthworthy source) was shown an app that recognizes an artist face and brings up their latest release so you can check it out and buy it. They said the first that artist that will utilize the technology will be Britney for her upcoming album set for Fall. Im guessing by album they must mean EP, like The Fame Monster or Cannibal. More Britney music is all I need in my life. Femme Fatale slayed me so hard!

Is she recording new tracks for it? I wonder if we'll get any of the tracks that didn't make it on the album?

I'm assuming it's going to be an EP too, which would obviously make me shake and cry. That, or a Christmas album, which would also make me shake and cry (but for different, not so positive reasons).

Most Likely new stuff. A Neptunes engineer (Slave 4 U) said Britney was dropping by the studio to record something a few weeks ago.

I think every song on the setlist has been remixed exclusively for the tour, except S&M.

Would pay money for a Femme Fatale Tour Mixes.

The encore was siiick. She killed it last night. Went in with low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised.

I've only seen Youtube videos, but I think a big reason the encore ends on such a high note is because Till The World Ends was born for an arena. I can only imagine the euphoria in the crowd during the "OOH OOH OH OH" part.

The bass during Toxic is crazy and then the Arena just lost it's shit when TTWE started. Funny how she ends up glitter-bombing the place too haha.

Some of the Circus Tour mixes are also godly. They should leak them its not like they gonna do anything with them...ugh.

Glad you had a good time on the show. I've only seen bits and pieces but it slays me!

Great tracks

Trip to your heart (awesome trance-like music with interestingly processed vocals)
Inside Out (great bassline and love the multi-layered vocals)


Good tracks

Big Fat Bass (could've ranked higher, but around the 3minute mark it all starts to fumble. Wasted potential)
Seal it with a Kiss (the bass sounds as if it's damaging your woofer or something. Just awesome. I like the "ooh ooh ooh ooh" part too :p)
Up n Down (sounds straight out of the 90s. It reminds me a bit of Inner City - Good Life. But there's some other songs hidden in there as well)


Okay tracks

I wanna go (Really great verses and bridge, but the chorus is a letdown)
How I roll (I always skip it, but it's not a bad song. Has an interesting structure)
Trouble for me (another one skipped, but it's not bad either)
Gasoline (the bridge and chorus are nice. But overall it lacks a *spark* ;))
He about to lose me (I like the beat and chorus, but it doesn't really sound finished. More like a demo)
Selfish (Just a typical pop song imo. Nothing special)
Til the world ends (Running out of things to say. Okay song, had more potential)
Hold it against me (not a fan of the really barebones generic beat over most of the track. The bridge and very last chorus/bridge are good though)


Meh tracks

Criminal (I don't like whiny Britney)
Beautiful (drop dead) (song does nothing for me)
Don't keep me waiting (Rock me In is the only exception to the rockney=shit rule.)

Three months later, and there's basically 3 songs on the album that have reached *awesome* status. These 3 songs will be evergreens on my playlist, while the rest will just get an occasional play if I decide to listen to the album front to back.

So since the last time I ranked the album, Seal it with a kiss moved up a notch, while the rest of the album has become "filler" material (sounds worse than I mean it). Have any people changed their opinion since their first attempt to rank the album?

I mostly love the album just the same. "Till The World Ends" which I used to be OK with, has gone from "I like it" to "Shaking and Crying". Its my third most played FF track, after I Wanna Go and Trip To Your Heart. "How I Roll" and "He About To Lose Me" grew on me BIG TIME as well. I love them so much.

I still cant get quite into Seal it with a kiss and I deleted "Dont Keep Me Waiting", which I believe is one of the worst songs Brit has ever laid her vocals on.

Now that the hype as settled, I think Blackout has a slight edge over Femme Fatale, but not so much that it renders it useless, like it did with Circus.

So my Godney album rankings o like this:

1) Blackout
2) Femme Fatale
3) In The Zone
4) Circus
5) Britney
6) Oops
7) Baby One More Time

I just saw this! So there's the footage that was not used in the final version. It is missing some other scenes with blonde Britney, no? I still love this song and even though Britney was not in good shape she looks hot as a stripper, specially when she's wearing the hat <3

I don't think the album of Blackout was bad as much as the image associated with it, it totally brings to life the album/the feel of the album...the art work, promotion, videos everything associated with that album just seemed dirty and cheap to me.

BTW bews, Inside Out is apparently the next single, according to Sony BMG Australia. With IWG smashing, I think its gonna take a while before we see it's release.

I personally wanted He About To Lose Me or How I Roll, but hey at least it aint Big Fat Bass lol.

My wife went to see her in Jacksonville FL on Saturday. She didn't want to, but she had free tickets and her gay best friend is an uber Britney fan.

I Wanna Go reaches #9 on the Hot 100 tomorrow, officially making it her biggest third single ever, 13 years into her career no less.

As far as song chart positions, Femme Fatale is her most successful album, landing her one #1 hit, a top 5 hit and a top 10 hit (which is still growing).

Also reason for us Britards to celebrate, Britney is the artist with the most top 10 chart entries this year with 2 #1's (HIAM and S&M) and 2 top 10's (IWG and TTWE).

Where the haters who called her irrelevant at? Motherfuckers be scurred!!
