Soooo I am never buying another TV online. My TV came, everything looked alright on the outside, but when I pulled the TV out, the screen was cracked on the left side like someone shot it with a gun, and it was even sticking out a little.

Fuck buying TVs online. NEVER AGAIN. The replacement/refund process takes so much longer than in store, but it'd be nice to not have the last two TVs I have ordered come DOA. And Amazon no longer has it in stock right now so I'd have to guess and wait till they do :(

Surprise: A Madden question! If I make subs at the playcalling screen by pressing the bumped button, can I just press a couple of buttons to reset all of those subs or do I have to work it out individually? Even if I work through it individually it doesn't do what I want it to do if I try to go with sub packages like TE ISO or Spell HB

I've never known of a way to reset subs. That would be nice though.

And I think I do have shitty luck. The "replacement TV" Haier sent me was cracked as well, but it was the image that appeared cracked...here the screen literally cracked.

This is basically my timeline of dealing with TVs:
Bought late January
Broke at the end of April---at this point I had shit going on so I waited
Mid June---Call Haier to deal (The technician they sent misdiagnosed the problem which set this back months)
Late August---Haier finally asks me to send in TV and it arrives late August
Late October--- (yes it took them 8 fucking weeks after I called twice a week) they tell me my old TV isn't made anymore and they'll ship a like model.

Then my replacement TV comes cracked so I tell them fuck off and shipped it back for a refund since I've had 2 TVs bust in one warranty.

Then this TV happened. Fuuuuuuck. Three broken TVs in one year...and the Samsung 32 inch I bought before my senior year of undergrad (2008) is still alive and working like day 1!

I wish there was a way but i think you would have to manually change them back in the same you changed them in the first place.

Hope i'm wrong about this, that would help alot.

Well your first mistake was a Haier TV

Nah dude, say I change SJax for Daryl Richardson my 4th RB. Problem is that if I switch it back to SJax when I try to use a spell HB formation package it would still be SJax, so it doesn't help.

When my Kuro was delivered the carrier refused to leave until we uncrated it and inspected it, which was a massive hassle since I was still in Boston and my wife is clueless and certainly not capable of uncrating and installing a 60" TV. The dude sat in the driveway for like 3 hours before my brother and father in law could get there to uncrate it and plug it in to make sure it was working.

Lesson: set up your own delivery! Those freight guys don't fuck around over liability.

My lesson has been learned. I put too much trust in them...now I am paranoid :(

I would have been home but the line at microcenter was waaaay fucking longer than I thought it'd be at 8 AM and the driver got to my place early, and someone else signed for me

It was a cheap, decent looking TV at the time. But yeah not only do Haier TVs suck, their customer service is ass. As soon as I get everything back they asked me for customer feedback...lol they are getting owned

Needless to say I will be acting a little less Asian the next time I purchase high priced toys!

Hmm, that could be related to manually subbing a rb in one formation and then the rest of the game the proper 3rd down rb wouldn't come in auomatically on 3rd down for that formation. Not sure if it's still like that, I stopped relying on 3rd down back auto subs in madden 11.

Metro 2033 maxed out at 2560x1600 probably has the best graphics I have seen to date holy fuck. I'm averaging 40fps or so and it feels like my GPUs are about to melt. Finally got around to playing like a hour of it after having it for a year or so from a Steam sale.

If those guys say the Wii U CPU or GPU sucks or whatever then I believe them. This game is a beast graphically, and it's what 3 years old or so?

Correct. I do lot of manual D line subs and once I make one it breaks the sub package for that formation for the rest of the game. At least for the packages related to the player I manually subbed.

Dunno why anyone would buy online directly through some crappy manufacturer when Amazon exists. Bought my TV and monitor online. No problems.

That was from amazon? Then why did he have a hard time with customer service? If your TV is busted, you just get a replacement from Amazon. They'll even give you next day service free. Amazon acts like a desperate, ugly, ex-girlfriend when they're actually the belle of the ball!

[edit]Oh, it's not in stock? Well, that's what you get for buying a brand nobody ever heard of!
