Official Madden 13 Xbox 360 Online Franchise Thread:Stat padding? Never heard of him.

intangibles, motherfucker
Has Greg Jennings done anything since he came back? Id probably take Cecil Shorts depending on who they are playing. I saw the Eagles last week. They are in the "win when it doesnt matter anymore/anti tank to piss CB off" mode from last year

Jags are playing the Dolphins in the battle for Florida. Problem is Shorts is coming off of a concussion and has been limited in practice. I feel I need to be on the safer side.

Need some fantasy football advice. I have Julio Jones, and Randall Cobb as my starters, need a 3rd. Chose one of the following: Greg Jennings, Cecil Shorts, or Andrew Hawkins.

Leaning towards Hawkins against the Eagles.

That's tough, I wouldn't start Jennings. I got to pick 2 of these 4,

James Jones @CHI
Brian Hartline vsJAX
Lance Moore vsTB
Mike Wallace @DAL

:X

I think Hartline and Moore.. Hartline over mike wallace is just some funny shit, crazy season.

And I just realized what an insane week Wallace had last week (I had a playoff bye), Idk wtf I'm gonna go with..

People might know the answer to this here, but am I absolutely forced to retire a player after 15 years? My QB has some gaudy stats, but fell short in total TDs (Stafford outpaced him) and total yards (by about 10,000 yards). He has a realistic chance to break those records if allowed to play for a few more seasons but the game is forcing him to retire upon the completion of his 15th season.

That seems... short. I know it isn't the average, but numerous players have played 20+ years. I expected there to be a physical stat decline as my player ages but force retirement is pretty damn harsh. His contract with the Ravens isn't even up. Whats the deal?

And the ridiculous part, to break Farve's career records in 15 years you would have to average about 4800 yards and 34 TDs a season. Jeebus.

Tyrod Taylor is a better QB, the game is saving you from yourself.

That throwing stick stunt of yours has boomeranged on us.
are we playing tonight

And here I thought you were ignoring me. I'm starting my commute now. I'll try to fit it in tonight but if not I can't do it at all tomorrow. Just a busy week, sorry.

OLB Edward Matthews forced fumbled in the Oilers win last Sunday has placed him on the IR with a torn shoulder.

Tennessee wasted no time and has signed veteran OLB Bryan Scott to a 1 yr deal worth $1.21M. The hard hitting 4-3 zone veteran was an obvious FA choice for Sacamano.

Madden is making me mad. Just had a practice session where I threw 6TD passes and over 400 yards with Meyers. Got 0 XP for it. Should have been another 2000 points.

The answer to my Cover 2 man issue was sitting right in the open. I can't believe I didn't see it till now. But the question is do I unleash this year or save it in my back pocket for next season.

I forget the name, but the 1800 point easy practice gives you XP points for both too. Or it did, until the last couple weeks when I've received and jack and shit for Meyers.

What's my theory again? I forget!

I'll have to find another practice mode, now. Not sure why I'm not being given XP anymore. I'll wait and see after the week is officially if Meyers gets the points he deserves.

I did get 1500 points but I think this is just standard issue for all players per week.

Ugh I saw this coming. Comcast started flaking out today right around the time we were supposed to play. This is a completely different issue from my greiving problems.

This actually looks pretty awesome:

http://www.powera.com/MOGA

Works for Android phones and tablets, but I think it will work best with a phone. Just need Android 2.3 and above. Already has a solid collection of games which support the controller. I might have to get one when my Nexus 4 arrives.

One of you Android owning Madden Gaffers need to take the plunge and be our guinea pig!

Edit: Reading some reviews, it's mostly super positive. There does seem to be one sticking issue, though. That is the requirement of the MOGA pivot App to make the controller work with games. Seems to have problems. Next year's version should have all this stuff cleaned up. I hope this is successful. Would give Android a major leg up on iOS for portable gaming. Apple would never approve anything like this.

Do they not give it to you until after your game is played or until after the week advances? I can't figure that shit out.
