I will be traveling for Christmas week starting tomorrow, will be back late next Saturday the 29th. I put myself on auto-pilot; I assume we will be advanced to the playoff weeks by then or week 17 at least. Also if anyone is interested I'm looking to trade down my 1st round pick. Merry Christmas, hope y'all have a safe and fun holiday.

I must have Carroll - but it looks like I have the tiebreaker on KC and Cle so if we all finish 1-15 I'll have the 3rd pick, I think.

Maybe next season you'll get a team in the NFC.

There are bunch of meaningless super bowls listed from before the Modern Era (2007). But CB and I don't win them, it's just the way it goes. He has to get past FMT and Rors/LJ and Crow's Cheese are just too much to bear.

You'll find out about Crow in Madden 14, though!

but there are a bunch of superbowls counted from the modern era too! CB's problem hasn't been getting past me in the playoffs (i think i've only played like 3 playoff games ever against him, and i think he beat me twice)

Dm twice, Bob, Bird and a tough out in Blue. I needed Smokey or Luke to make an impact. I didn't get it.

Although i did hang 52 on Blue's tough D and you scrapped by. I'll join you in singing your praises tho.

Edit: Losing to Sok, Q and Mcniely didn't help at all :(

Yeah, it doesn't matter. I played nearly my best game ever in Madden against FMT in the playoffs and still lost due to a 58 yard Akers FG. I don't know if I can ever top that game. It's why I'm messing around with Meyers. It doesn't matter if I get into the playoffs. If I play my best game and still lose to that auto win team what's the point? Time to have fun and mess around.

It's unfair. You also have an auto-win D which is a shame since the RL Bears D sucks. At least the Niners contained the Pats for a half!

i like how YOU of all people complain about an auto D when the bears in madden are basically the same level. sure, the niners overall from top to bottom are better on D, but it's not a world of difference.

also, let us not forget that it was my OFFENSE that got me into FG range with 1 timeout and only about 30 seconds left. and even in madden, a 58 yard FG is no gimme, especially out doors. i first off got lucky to have the wind going in that direction and secondly got lucky to hit the meter at full strength. there was no room to spare!

and THEN, you got the ball first in OT and proceeded to throw the game away on an int the first play throwing deep INTO the wind so the ball hung just enough.

but i will agree that was one of the all-time classic madden games ive ever played in. OT in the NFC championship game with both teams taking the league multiple times in the 4th. sad i wont be seeing you in the playoffs this season :(
