Stros wtf I cry :(

Oh yeah Nomah driving in the winning runs and he is still playing superb defense on 1st. So far no errors from Nomah and tons of great plays. Good to see Penny come back strong after leaving early with a stiff back in San Fran. Baez continues to be shaky as hell but he got the job done today.

P.S WTH! Astros, how do you allow Barroid and the Giants to stomp all over you guys and sweep the 3 game series.

Lets go Casey Janssen, hes had a few good starts but the Jays don't ever give him run support. Hopefully Kelvim Escobar doesn't own us again.

Easy, we had basically 3 minor league pitchers pitching this series (Wandy's 5-2 record in decieiving--we usually score a lot of runs for him). Buchholz and Nieve need more time to develop command.

Stupid Jays commentators, "The Angels have yet to get a hit off Janssen", what happens next, the Angels get a hit.

Wandy's been very good other than a couple outings, though. And before Buchholz's last game, he had been golden.

Janssen owns the Angels, they got like 3 hits off him in 2 games. Now its up to Halladay to win this series. We have to win, because I don't like our chances sending out Towers on Friday and a rookie starter on Saturday in Coors field against the Rockies.

Poopjuls is on the roids and hes like 40! I knew it all along.

whoooooo!

Ugh, I kept him for awhile in fantasy but eventually dumped him since he was playing so terribly... figures he's turned it around with serious force.

LOVING how the Dodgers are playing lately (minus the shakey Baez... Broxton or Billingsley at closer, anyone? Beimel has looked decent in the setup role.. certainly better than Carter although that isnt tough to do.

lol We've now lost series to both Tampa Bay and KC. The fuck?

I'm going to the Cubs/Sox game tomorrow. Gonna be an awesome day :)

I know MrBob doesn't post in here that often(and understandably so), but if he or any other Cubs fans want to make a bet on who takes these games, lemme know.

Don't look now, but the Tigers have the best record in the majors :D

I'm just trying to enjoy them doing so well while they're hot; we all know they probably won't be anywhere near this good in a couple months.

Early season numbers are always crazy. Casey Blake is leading the majors in average. A guy that hit about .240 last year and was on his way out due to that Marte trade.

I know I know, but still they have played very well so far. I doubt they keep up the torrid pace, but I wouldn't be surprised if they are still in the race in June.

God motherfucking damn it Speier God Damn. What the fuck is Scott Downs coming in for, are we conceding the game. Bring in Ryan, I rather lose with Ryan pitching instead of Downs. Damn I'm going to go to sleep angry.

Gibbons should fucking take some some lessons from Mike Scioscia. He is getting outcoached here.

Downs came through huzzah, but runners are still on first and third with 1 out and he is bringing in Frasor, God damn it Gibbons why do you want to lose so badly.

OMG Frasor comes through, nobody wants to win.

OVERBAY!!!
HILL!!!
ADAMS!!!

I CANT BELIEVE WE ARE GOING TO WIN.

Jason Frasor owns my unbelieving ass. What a game.

What a game indeed.. John Gibbons makes all the wrong moves but manages to win.. Ryan should have been brought in to replace Speier, but somehow Downs and Frasor pulled through. 47 million dollar man waiting in the pen for a save situation. unbelievable.

The Angels just didn't want to win, they chocked in the 8th and then chocked again in the 9th. Good to see both Hill and Adams who have struggled all year come through in the 10th. Hopefully that is what gets Hill out of his funk, he should be a .270 - .280 hitter, not .190.

Its like someone just cursed the fuck out of the Mets with their pitching injuries. Brian Bannister was on a rehab assignment and went out after 5 pitches in the 1st inning with what looks like the same hamstring injury.

Get Lima the hell out of here and promote Pelfrey or Solar already.:(

Brad Ausmus (a career .270 hitter--maybe even worse) is batting around .325, so I know what you mean.

…i can’t believe Jose Lima actually has Lima Time stitched into his glove…dear lord…i’m all for having a few characters on the team, but this guy’s ego doesn’t come close to matching his talent, so the whole thing is just a little sad, quite frankly…as for his ability, it’s weird, because he can still pitch…he has good velocity, his ball still moves pretty well, and he doesn’t look a whole different from the guy who won 13 games for the dodgers in 2004…except that he makes at least one mistake per batter, and it always seems to be a meatball left up over the plate, which all get turned-on and ripped for hits…that’s fine when you’re pitching for the royals against the devil rays…however, against teams like the cardinals and phillies, it’s not gonna fly, and it hasn’t…

Please don't put an end to Lima Time.

Lima Time is the best time.

BAP BAP BAP

Its because I told Russ' cousin to tell him to stop being such a pussy and hit the ball.

I'm getting ready to watch the game now.

A's and Giants interleague action tonight! A'S RULE BARROID DRULZ

Since the Mets 10-2 start, they are 14-14.

As many holes as the Braves have, they pale in comparison to the black hole that is the Mets starting rotation after Pedro and Glavine.

Well hopefully they get back on track and spank the Yankees.
