how the hell do you lose a 7 run lead to the nationals?

and how the hell do you bat bernie 2nd? i dont care how good he did yesterday he is NOT a #2 hitter in ANY lineup in ALL of baseball.

I just got on the board this January and was ironically invited by a friend of mine, captmcblack (known Yankee symphathizer). I was about to bail since I post on like 8 boards when I saw the lack of Met fans but ...

... I saw a topic crying out in pain and felt the sorrow of the Mets posters too scared to voice their opinions, fearing an immediate Yankee backlash. Jeez Mets what the hell they couldn't score a run even if you paid them, they looked flat as a pancake. Pedro didn't even pitched that bad, but he got screwed by the lack of runs. They had many chances early in the game, there not going to win many games if the offesne keeps on going like this.

He was one of the bright spots of the game. I knew I should of never brought into that fanstaic roadtrip last week. I found a stat that show Mets are much better offensive team on the road than home. If the Mets really want to be doinamte team like the 86 Mets they have to play better at home.
 
Damn the Marlins, I guess my making fun of the Braves being swept by the Marlins has come back to bite me in the ass. Time for some reverse psychology, the Blue Jays suck and will be swept by the Marlins.

Atleast the Yankees lost after they had a huge ass lead.
 
Hmm Burnett had another dominating rehab start and is good to go on the 22nd against Atlanta. Hmm, I want to give Janssen a chance but it looks like he lost his control ala Towers I wonder how long he has til they try someone else.

3-16 over the last nineteen........

Good news is they've finally called Scott Thorman up from Richmond. Jordan has been put on the 15 day and it looks like his time is (FINALLY!) over. Hopefully Thorman will inject some new life into the team. Sadly, JS should've pulled that trigger 3 weeks ago. He's been a beast this year in AAA. Maybe we can get things rolling and make a push for the WC.
 
I'll feel much better at the Mets if they are able to win tommrow, and have very good seres vs the Reds. Before they have to play Boston, Tornto, and New York.
 
how about joe girardi and the marlins with 7 in a row? i feel so bad for him. he gets his break as a manager and the ****ing owners shit on him with a $15 million dollar team.
 
Grady Little is without question the worst manager I've ever seen. I still cant believe he kept Lowe in there earlier. There were 2 outs and he was obviously tired -- why do you keep him in to throw an intentional walk and go for the next batter? Why don't you go to the pen? It just doesn't make a lick of sense... I ****ing swear if he sticks around for all 162 games, I'm gonna jump out the window of my apartment.

And Jae Seo walking in the winning run in the 17th inning is just mindblowing.

I don't feel sorry for him, stupid Marlins ruining our party and beating us down twice in a row, i don't even want to think about them sweeping us.

The team is pretty good for a young team, in like 4 years they should be pretty strong contenders and I am pretty sure he will still be around for that.

Well, he was tired from yesterday. But Torre didn't use Villone so he COULD use him today.

AND HE ****ING DIDN'T. Torre is the worst manager in baseball when it comes to on the field shit.

Mother****ing interleague play, why do we suck so ****ing much playing in the national league parks. Jesus we just got swept by both the Marlins and the Rockies. Does losing the DH hurt us that much.
