I do it all the time and I've never had a problem (as long as yoru printer doesn't botch up the bar code they scan at the statidum--assuming they have handheld scanners at Yankee Stadium).

I've used printed tickets for the last several baseball games I've gone to, same for concerts, etc. I'd print it on a laserjet just to get a good clean printout, but it's using barcodes, which are fairly hard to screw up.

Yeah, never had a problem with printed tickets. Even if the barcode itself gets smudged or something, the people at the gate can actually just type in that long number right above it to ensure the ticket is valid.

Oh, and Brett Myers should be taking notes:

BALTIMORE -- The odds of such an occurrence seem insurmountable, yet Jay Gibbons pulled off the unimaginable feat: He hit a foul ball that injured his wife.

When I saw the White Sox play the Dodgers last year, the tickets were printed.. worked fine for my brother and I.

Pujols needs to hit about 10 HRs in the series against the Pads.

i know no one is probably watching the yank game..but oh man its becoming a cluster ****. Tampa Bay's manager has been ejected :lol

Moberg hit a sac fly,didnt strike out :o

You suck sooooo much ass Wandy!! >_<

edit- LANE HR :O

I cant take this shitty pen.

"That's a shame."

Stros win :D

GO PADS!

ASTROS WIN. Great team effort today. Lane had a good game and so did the bullpen besides Wandy and Lidge. Orlando Palmeiro came through in the clutch again.Heck, Sampson had a good game in the short time he started. Great job everyone. And to top it all off, the Cards are losing.

Oh yeah. Twins about to clinch a playoff spot- Torii hit his 30th HR, Morneau his 34th, Joe Nathan pitching the 9th.

*dances*

Oh yeah. 64 1/3 IP, 35 hits, 89 Ks for Joe. Twins rule.

EDIT: Two outs left...

...One out...

Lidge pitched better than Borkowski,Borkowski got the win,but he sucked as bad as Wandy.

A little luck: There's still a long way to go before this is meaningful news, but the Astros did get a bit of potential good news on Monday afternoon.

Houston won the coin flip with St. Louis, so that in the event of a tie for the National League Central title, a tiebreaker game would be held at Minute Maid Park. The Astros entered play on Monday trailing the Cards by 3 1/2 games with seven games to play, and with St. Louis slated to play eight more.

The game would be held on Tuesday, Oct. 3, because the Cardinals would still have to make up a Sept. 17 game against the Giants on Oct. 2.

With Roger Clemens starting on Friday in Atlanta, the possibility remains for the Astros right-hander to go in the one-game playoff at Minute Maid, should it be necessary.

Would that be Garner's preference?

"No, I'd rather have Rocket start the playoffs," he said.

****ing crazy.

in other news...Woody Williams vs. Carpenter in STL tomorrow. :(

I agree. It would make for something interesting to watch for those of us who don't have much to cheer about at this point in the season. :(

I have no idea what you mean.

Congrats to both the Tigers and the Twins.
I'n not gonna lie, I really hope the Twins and Tigers both get ****ed up in the first round.

But on the flip side, if either team gets to the World Series(and out of the two I'd go with Minnesota), I have no choice to root for you guys :)

Yankees stat leaders as of tonight:

Average = Cano (he just qualified for the batting title)
HRs = Giambi
RBIs = A-Rod
Runs = Damon

But Jeter is the AL MVP? :lol

Again with this goddamn argument...yes, if a Yankee player is going to get it(I still pick Morneau, and really, really ****ing hope he gets it), it should be Jeter.

Nah, some guy in the crowd. They must've put him on the big screen 50 times, and each time he got a bigger pop than all of the Phillies (barring Chase and Howard).
