Lol, ready for week 2 are we? Anyway, I'm just looking for the Bears to put up a better offensive effort. Against the Lions D, it should be a little easier than Redskins. Score 17 points or more and I'll be at least a little satisfied but I'd love a win. Our defense should be able to handle the Lions, and give em a shock coming off Green Bay. Still, Orton needs to loosen up this week and the offense needs to gain a rythm. Anyway, based off what I've seen this week.. my picks.

General Thoughts. Bengals are looking like a really good team actually, and the Vikings aren't looking as like the one real tough team out of the North. Not that anyone is a powerhouse in the division but I need to see the Vikings have a good game without Moss. They're not playing a weak team at all either next week so that will be tough. Carolina meanwhile is going through even rougher waters, and against New England, have a good shot to fall to 0-2 quick. Tennessee may be in trouble too. They've been competitive for a long time but at some point those teams always seem to ride high for years and one year just fall off. Week 1 didn't look good for em. Same with Green Bay, though I look for a win from them because Bret Favre always manages the stats and the few games. Without him, the team becomes basically lets out like a balloon. KC could be scary meanwhile, with a defense. Not saying they have one yet but week 1 looked good for them.
The appearance of Dallas as a possibly playoff bound team on the other hand, could depend on Monday night. They'll face a very good defense in Washington, so I'm looking to see how Bledsoe holds up against the pressure. Look for a 9/11 vs. Katrina battle Monday meanwhile. No offense, but I just don't want to go through 2 hours of commentating on what the game is and means. Any fan can see that in the play of the athletes, without it being stuffed down your throat. Btw, who's doing that game and how's Monday night gonna work? Back to back, with the other game starting on ESPN? And where will Madden/Michaels be? Other quick thoughts. Jets in trouble. NFC North winnable. Jacksonville competitive. and Pittsburgh still a great team.
