Only two days to go. When I see one after another exclusive getting lost I am kind of worried about the future of the ps3. No more Capcom exclusive, No more Namco exclusive, No more Konami exclusive ( Metal Gear on xbox seems very likely). I think 2007 is the make or brake year for Sony. The solution is a lot of great new IPs to excite the average gamer. LBP, Home, Heavenly Sword,Killzone, Warhawk, Ratchet, Drake is not enough!

Genji 2, for instance, has Danish subtitles - that usually only happens with really kiddy titles and über mainstream games like FIFA and Need for Shiit. And Heavenly Sword will feature Norweigan voices and text.

I saw my first real PS3 in a store. It was dirty. It was playing some trailers (CG SONIC bestiality trailer WTF?) and movie trailers on a big ass Sony HDTV. It was purty, very purty. Also saw the first handful of blu-ray titles on sale here in Belgium. Lots of promotion for PS3 in stores and for Casino Royale.

I think there's plenty of Casino Royal's, there were like 500.000 copies, weren't there? First off, I don't think EVERY single PS3 will be sold day 1. Secondly, there's no way everybody that buys a PS3 the 23th of march will go online directly.
I'm getting my PS3 (with free games and BRD's included) sometime next week, and I think I'll still be able to get Casino Royale, or is it just false hope

HMV on King Street (Hammersmith High Street) were selling all PS3 games and cables and what not today. What do you do go home and look at the case or something??

I've got an amazon.co.uk order placed with express delivery (courier), and they state that delivery estimate is 22nd March, ie tomorrow. That said, they haven't shipped my order yet... and in the past I've had terrible bad luck with amazon's courier option in the past.

Sony couldn't even stop them because they were for a "Handheld Gaming Device", with things like screen protectors and carry cases that, conveniently, were the perfect fit for the PSP:lolAnyone with/getting a Euro PS3 and a Kill-A-Watt device, I'd really appreciate if you could post the wattage numbers while playing a graphically intensive game. If these new model PS3s are using 65nm cells, I'm gonna hold out till the U.S. gets that version (Less heat is more important than better backwards compatibility for me.)

well I cancelled my PS3 pre-order when Sony decided to remove the Emotion Engine while keeping the 599 pricepoint... but yesterday I saw a PS3 + HDMI cable + Virtua Fighter 5 pack going for 630 and I just couldn't say no... so I ordered it and now it's on its way here, I'll have it by this time tomorrow (oh the super hype hype!!!)
but that's not all, today I found another interesting sale going on... 25% off PS3 games if you buy three (funny thing, actually as of today they only have 3 PS3 games in stock: Resistance, Motorstorm and Genji 2) but oh well, I just did it...
so what should have costed 190 actually was 145, maybe they wanted to give Genji 2 a chance after all
(I really liked PS2 Genji, the first time in normal difficult it was kind of "meh" but playing through again in hard mode was like 100x better, specially the boss battles)
