Lets get a sale/trade thread going here. I know a lot of you want to sell or trade your $5 games, so mind as well list what you want to trade here and what you want in exchange. The CC thread is quite messy right now so this should make it easier for people wanting to exchange titles

oh, and to the dude who said "dont cave in for $30!" f-off, its going on ebay for more than that and if someone doesn't buy it off me for that i'd just keep it anyways. i'm not trying to swindle GA'ers, but i have to cover my costs for the games also, and if someone is willing to pay $27 for it, why wouldn't i? it's win-win.

That's cool, I hope the $27 serves you well. I understand supply and demand and really, that's a good way to make fast money.

It also makes you look a bit selfish, though, and I and many (silent) others won't forget it. Seriously, to post that on here the same day that dozens of people are picking it up for $5 is a bit of a slap in the face to your forum pals. We shouldn't all have to bend over backwards to help each other or anything, but that just seems like it's crossing the line. If everyone had that attitude, the list never would've been posted and the guy who discovered it would be buying up dozens of copies of Disgaea and selling them for $45 apiece. Buying Disgaea and then selling it on ebay isn't so bad, but turning around and doing it on the same forum that helped you to get the deal in the first place? Meh..

Just so you don't think I'm full of it, I'm going to be making yet another CC trip tomorrow and I've already taken down a list of stuff other people are looking for, which I'll either trade them (for other $5 games) or sell them at cost + shipping. I know a few people were looking for MGS Substance for PS2, and I know my closest CC had that as recently as this evening, so hopefully a few will be left.

dunno bobby, it's supply and demand. you have any better ideas?

Be selfless - the favor will ultimately be returned! I had a mental list of about 10 people who I was looking for games for at CC today and yesterday, several of whom I bought some for, who didn't even have to ask me to. I just knew that they want certain specific games that I could easily pick up for pocket change, and I knew that in similar situations they'd do the same for me. It's a nice feeling!

Making a few quick bucks is cool, but making lasting relationships will benefit you for months or years to come. :D
 
well if it helps any i would've sold extras to you for cost + shipping if someone hadn't already cleaned out (competely... there was NOTHING on the list left) all the 5 cc's in the area by 9 last night :/

as the buyer my options are more limited
