I dont care who wins the match, it better be something awesome tho!

Possible Hogan/Michaels match spoiler:

Plans were to have Hogan go over in the match UNLESS there is a rematch at Unforgiven, in which case HBK would most likely win tonight.

It will be interesting to see if the Matt Hardy vs Edge fight turns real, or if they start taking turns performing stiff punches and moves like Benoit and Kevin Sullivan used to do when they wrestled each other. Similar situation, Kevin Sullivan used to be form WCW Valet "Woman"'s boyfriend, Woman who later married Chris Benoit whom she is still with today.

Also gonna be interesting to see how the crowd reacts to HBK and he to them. Hes been playing tweener up until last monday when he went full heel, but that was in Montreal, so who knows how US fans will respond.

I think this is going to be a memorable night but not necessarily a good PPV wrestling wise. If HBK however can carry Hogan to a great match the entire wrestling community BETTER conceed once and for all that hes the best ever.

Word is going around that the Hulk Hogan vs. Shawn Michaels match was pushed to the very bottom of the SummerSlam scheduled and will be tonight’s main event. Reports indicate that this will give Bret Hart time to fly out from Charlotte, North Carolina where he’s booked for the Wrestling Legends FanFest into tonight’s show in Washington, DC and make an appearance just in time during the Hogan-HBK match. Again, all of this is just a rumor, just thought we should share it. If there is any confirmation on this story, we’ll pass that on as well.

Wouldn't get my hopes up for that. 2 weeks ago Bret said he really wants nothing to do with WWE programming. The DVD deal is as much as he wants to do with the current product. He seemed pretty sincere in that statement, but we will see.

Does anyone know how many ips can be running the same webcast? I'd be willing to throw down $10 for the webcast to somebody paypal if they wanted to split it up..... if its possible. I know it used to be but I heard somewhere that they changed it....

The following highlights are from a Bret Hart Question & Answer session which took place at today's NWA Legends Convention in North Carolina:

- Hart says he is over WWE, but hopes they don't forget what they did to him. To him, the "screwjob" was never a storyline and his heart will never be with WWE again. He said he'd rather work with TNA or someone else.

- When asked about HHH by a fan who got cursed at by Hunter for holding a Bret Hart sign, Hart said he was a "no good piece of s***"."

- Hart says he puts more blame on Shawn Michaels and Triple H rather than Vince McMahon. Hart says there was a code of trust among wrestlers which Michaels and Hunter both broke.

- Bret said if it had been anyone else in Montreal, he would have had no problem dropping the belt. He said his issue was with Shawn Michaels and also lamented about their locker room fight.

guess that just about kills the rumors on Hart being at Summerslam.

Wow, if this pace keeps up, this thing could be over in time for Family Guy

The last hour of the show is going to be Vince McMahon dancing a jig in the middle of the ring to the tune of Yackety Sax and thanking the fans for their money. :(

I hate dusty rhodes and this PPV has sucked a HOSS's ass so far

bret hard better come thru the crowd and double closeline hbk with sting to have any hopes of it picking it up

2 matches

combined match time 5 MAYBE 6 minutes

Anyone else feel one of those "They both get it" endings coming on? This would have been more entertaining if Dominic was hanging above the ring.

I've been reading the updates at nodq.com and here. I'm at my grandparents now.

I'm 2/3 so far in my predictions. :)

"Eugene comes out first with Christy. Angle, follows, and races his way down. He goes right to work on the man who took his medals, offering several hard shots.

Angle clotheslines Eugene to the mat twice, with stomps in between. Eugene gets in control and sets up the People’s Elbow, but Angle breaks it up with a clothesline. He then hits Eugene with consecutive suplexes.

By this point, the crowd has completely turned on Eugene. "

YES

Vince for president!

WWE played “Get It Poppin” as the WWE Divas washed a limo. Maria and Candice rubbed their asses up against the car, while Stacy took the opportunity to bend over. Ashley Massaro was part of the group as well.

As Stacy hosed down the limo, it featured an emblem that said “President Of The United States.” The window rolled down, and sure enough, it was Vince McMahon. He offered a, “Why not?” The bumper sticker said McMahon for President; the crowd popped like crazy

I can't believe it.

"Taker tries to go "Old School," but Orton armdrags Taker off the ropes."

Poor Dinsmore. Its time to turn him and unretard the guy. Then put him in a fued with Shelton.

I don't feel that bad for him. I mean, he and the rest of WWE had to know that the shelf life on this gimmick was running short. But while it was hot they sold a ton of merchandise. Re-package him, put him back out there in a few months. But the crowd reaction puts alot of heat on the
Angle/Cena match next month.
