I picked it up and played through the whole thing and even one of the DLC levels. The DLC levels are 100 points at the moment - anyone know if this is the original price, or are they discounted too? If it's a sale i'll bite now, but if it's usually this price i'll wait until my points card comes in the mail.

And i'm not too fussed about achievements in general, I do like to get as many as I can on my way through though so have 150 odd for The Maw already.
Are they likely to release more levels, or are these all from launch period?
Hopefully 2002UM is getting some heavy work done, since they delayed it till summer so it might give them time to fix the netcode/aesthetics.

I do have to admit it's pretty cool that they're sprucing up NGBC's graphics a bit, I'm guessing the more lenient size limit now made it more possible than with 98UM.

I know I'm going to buy NG:BC no matter what cause I'm an Akari-fan(no no NO it's not like that at all, I just think she's a fun character to use). Worst part is I even own the JPN version(which I paid full price for as well! Ugh I was so stupid back then).
KoF 2002 UM is getting bought regardless of anything cause it has the best KoF roster of all time. Dunno why SNK/P has such a hard-on for snorefests like Kyo, that one douche with the white hair and freckles, fucking Athena, Terry Bogard who only became remotely interesting in MOTW, and so on. Give me K', Angel, Whip, Vanessa, and so on and so forth all day everyday.

Matt Hazard is coming out on the 6th, that's been confirmed. Serious Sam is out the week after. Braid is the dotd, not a new release.
I honestly can't think one game that would make good for a release this week. Usually they leave it to Shovelware, but they went through all that about a month ago.

Split Screen Multiplayer for Toy Soldiers? Awesome! It just went up a run on my "care" list. I'd still love to see a version of this with more varied toys than just soldiers, but I think that strongly stems from the way that Toy Commander and Gotcha Force both used their toy concepts to the fullest...
Anywho, I'd be happy if Vandal Hearts made it out tomorrow, but I don't expect it. Microsoft has been a mess with these weekly and daily deals, XBLA announcements, placing the games on service on time, and having the prices right at the right times... why is it all so sloppy, and for this long? We should have a sure answer as to what we're getting tomorrow, by now...
But I guess it's times like there where we can look to the Indie games section!

Nothing at all? How odd. You'd think with the Allard gift cards given last week they'd be smart enough to put something really cool out there for people to blow the points on. I still think they are planning to cram a bunch of the games we've been hearing about for months (Perfect Dark, Doom II) into January. I'll bite.

Nothing yet... looks to be a wasted week. We all know they have plenty of games ready to go.. why not release a game or two in between the holidays. Lets hope something pops up....

Also, gaming sites are mostly dormant at this time of the year which means less hype for your game if you release it now.
I know if I had a game coming out on XBLA, this would be the last week of the year I wanted it to be released on.
