we actually got pretty high today as well. within the top 10. Eggo's becoming a beast at robotron. we gotta play again Eggo!

Actually, you are currently 3rd on the leaderboards. Once again, I have the exact same score but I get put in 4th :lol

And I finally got that Ranking achievement. It almost killed me, and that last battle was a nail bitter. We were back and forth for the lead from 20000 -> 150000, and I mean CONSTANTLY back and forth, it was amazing. I'm kinda sad though, cause I ended up dying but winning, which I find really cheap. I was like "I'm so sorry, I didn't do that on purpose... (dun dun dun achievement unlocked) .. ooh... umm.... :D!". If anyone is close to getting to 5th place and needs a kick in the ass to get there, I'll let you beat me :D

aw that sucks, sorry to steal the 3rd spot from you. hahaa. okay, i really need to get that ranking achievement but something weird happened today. i checked my versus record, and it shows something like 0-3. wtf? i even won 3 straight games today.... i think my record this past week has been wiped or something. i swear i'm never going to get that ranking achievement.

We had the same problems at first, what you are seeing are the Non-ranked Versus. Keep hitting L or R and eventually you'll find "Ranked VS", that one should have your Ranked games. I made the same mistake of getting those confused.

And I don't mind you got the 3rd spot, I'm think you got it just cause H is before L in the alphabet :lol

BTW, don't play this game too much. Everytime I close my eyes I see those pink walking chicks in front of them.

We definitely need to schedule some 4 player GAF Gauntlet sessions. Maybe Friday sometime?
 
OK i know its been said but.....

Where the Fuck is Texas hold'em? I mean come on it cant be THAT hard to make a card game. Seriously. I want my fucking 6 player live poker already!
 
Bankshot Billiards is pretty damn freaky because the CPU instantly makes shots instead of the usual "THINKING" period that I'm used to on pool games. Watching it clean up on 9-Ball is equally frustrating and impressive. :D

I was just telling a friend of mine the other night how awesome it would be if there was an online Hold 'Em game and you could wager Microsoft points. Flippin' sweet.
 
It looks like there may be a chance we'll get Marble Blast before Xmas. I can only imagine how competitive that will be. With games like GeoWars or Robotron, the high score can always be beaten. With Marble Blast, at some point there will be a time score that simply can not be beaten.

I heard through the grapevine that the game will have 800 e-penis points, so there will probably be more then one mode.

What a craptastic review... the two main negative points were the game lacks "personality" and the techno music gets old. Well, I don't need monkeys for the game to be fun and I can play custom soundtracks. The positives make me want to play it even more... 60 single player levels and a fairly deep multiplayer. Not to mention, the game is only $10!!!

Reader ratings = 9.0

This could be the first great MP on XBLA. A lot of testers have heaped praise on this aspect of the game so that bodes well. Fingers crossed that the online plays as smooth with the spot on physicsthat single player experience will no doubt have.

There are 60 single player levels and 10 mulitplayer levels so you'll get your 800 pts worth.

But if Wik has anything to teach us, its that you really don't know when its going to pop up on the list. Hell, even the developers didn't know until someone posted in their forums that it was up.
 
Let's plan on 9PM Pacific (midnight Eastern, 5AM Saturday London, 2PM Saturday Tokyo). If anyone on the east coast wants us to move it back a little, we can do that.

Gauntlet. 4 player co-op. Be there :). After a couple games of Gauntlet, it may devolve into Smash TV, Robotron, or Joust sessions.

Sweet! I just hit the Geo Wars zone for the first time in a couple weeks, and broke 2.5 million. Puts me at 18 right now. I missed the survive 500K achievement by a couple thousand points, but got Multitastic finally :).

It wasn't pretty. I think we made level 10 both times or so? We need someone who knows the game well ;).

We'll definitely set up some more times for games, I should do an "Official Arcade Meetup" in the Online forum - probably sometime after christmas.
 
:lol :lol You guys got owned. I can make it to level 12 and thats when every player gets owned for some reason. I want to make it to level 20 thought =/
